Anime and Manga are very different. Really, Anime changed personalities, relationships, appearances (Integral is teh babe and Alucard looks younger) and plot. So what exactly you want to know?

Manga is so much better. Integral has REAL development, not just jumping from cute, strong willed girl to Ice Maiden. It's slow and given by the hardships of war.

Seras in the manga rules, she's not swooning over Alucard at all. And is less centered in her ANGST. She has Pip for fun.

Well, there's almost anything about SxP. 'Flesh of my Flesh' here is PxS and AxI, my lame one shot 'Night Chat' has very mild PxS. Also there's in ff.net a fic called 'The Old and the New' which is AxI and PxS.
