So, I've finally been able to find the Hellsing manga after a crazy search through all the book and comic stores I know of where I live. (It's not easy to find ) I started reading the first book today, and wow!! I think I like it better then the anime, if that's possible. Integra seems crazier, and has MUCH better facial expressions, and Seras isn't so, . . . Wussy? I donno. I have the first 3 and although I've just started reading, this is what I think.
Anyone else have the same first impression to the Manga after seeing the anime? I just gotta know.

Manga is so much better. Integral has REAL development, not just jumping from cute, strong willed girl to Ice Maiden. It's slow and given by the hardships of war.
Seras in the manga rules, she's not swooning over Alucard at all. And is less centered in her ANGST. She has Pip for fun.
Heinkel and Yumi are love. Nuff said.
