Curiosity regarding your opinion(s) on Akito

"Once, when I was younger, the kids in my class played a game where they went around assigning everyone the name of a fruit. I asked them 'what should I be?' They laughed and told me 'You can be the rice ball'. Then they started running around chasing each other, playing... Every so often, they'd call out the name of another fruit, and that child would get to join in. But they never called me. I was too dumb to realize...there's no rice ball in a fruits basket."

It's been proven in the succeeding chapters that Akito is a girl. And Kureno, the bird, isn't cursed anymore and the dream shigure, ayame, and hatori and KURENO had when they were young had something to do with Akito being born.

Akito was raised by his "mother", Ren as a boy. The two hate each other, I think.

Hehehehe....I think a lot f YFGs were traumatized when they found out Akito was a girl. :-?

I still love Akito whether she's male or female.

However, as I was rewatching episode 13 of the anime I wanted to scream because I really loved the male Akito x Tohru pairing. *sniffles* That meeting between them had so much potential for future angst plot bunnies.

And I really like Akiru. So...

...I'll make an exception. My first (and hopefully only) yuri pairing I support is Akiru. Never had any yaoi or yuri pairings that I support before, yet I got to make an exception to this, since I found out about Akito's gender.

I so agreee with u wicked, :( I had always hoped for a future Akito, Tohru thing :cry: , I kept on watching and it was more and more remote each episode; but now its all crushed!!!!!!!!! :cry:
