I have that problem too. I love it for a while, then make the mistake of re-reading it. This normally leads to the deletion of the story, and many pissed off readers. I honestly have no confidence in my writing, which my friends say is lame, because apparently they think I have talent.
I think the only therapy for this, is to learn to let it go. Correct the chapter, make sure it says what you want it to, post it, and let it go. It's hard, but I'm sure you'll manage. Most great authors do the same thing we're doing, so I don't think it's that rare to be overly critical.
The toughest critic...?

George Orwell (1984[/i], Animal Farm) hates his work, and Tennessee Williams (Glass Menagerie) hates his work, too. It's not unnatural to hate your work at all; it just means that you're not happy with the end result. Every so often I find myself going back and editing something I don't like... even if it's been a year since I wrote it.
Maybe the reason people hate their work is because it's too personalized. Even if you forget that you even wrote it, it's impossible to see it as the same as everyone elses... and people generally get embarrassed when trying new things. In writing, every thing you do is new (unless it's stolen), so it's only natural. Don't worry about it! Be happy!

What usually happens to me i get an idea for a fanfic, love the idea at first. Then I start to write, get stuck.
Evetually end up hating my work, thinking it don't make sense. On top of that i'm already a pessimistic person so it's kinda hard to type my stuff then want to post it cause i always think its not good enough to post with others, but hey thats my problem. If i this wasn't so I guess I would post my work much faster...ah well.
