Something else to consider, especially if you feel intimidated about or are
finding it difficult to start a fic is a 'groupfic' idea, where everyone
contributes a small part of the action and keeps going and going from there.

dd started this one and it's actually turned out quite successfully so ...

I'm still wanting to write... one problem: namely 8-10 hours of work and
8 hours of sleep per day leave VERY little Me time. If I do get any, it's
into the wee hours of the morning when I can't think very well... Weekends
I've a little downtime, but rarely enough to write anything.

Other than the one Mao showing up, I'm still rather surprised there weren't
more FMP! cosplayers. Alot of the usual fanfavorites there by the bucketful,
such as Kenshin, Slayers, Chobits, and Final Fantasy...

I'd've figured with Fumoffu, cosplaying FMP! would be more popular

semi-OT, but I HAD to share these shots from Otafest. And yes, that's me cosplaying as our favorite
blow-'em-up-and-let-the-higherups-sort-it-out Sergeant. Don't ask
what I was thinking cuz I still don't know myself...

...it could've been MUCH much worse for Kaname, had I gone thru
with my original idea. Ayume, in her little crush on Sousuke / rivalry
with Kaname, would've been in on the farewell wishes and returned
a kiss to Sousuke... FULL on the lips...

Okay, I'm guilty of (semi)abandoning this fic for like three months now.
My life HAS improved quite a bit since, but every time I looked at this
incomplete chapter....

For now, it's on indefinate hiatus while I figure out whether I want to
write any more -- ideas are no shortage, as I've had time ...

Updating this chap is going bit by bit, but I'm no further than
I was last time. I WAS hoping to make the Kaname / Ayume
rivarly alittle more firey, but I think it works pretty good it doesn't
get physical between them, just... very spirited :-D

So far, Sousuke kissing Ayume is the least of ...
