Prompt: First Date
Notes: Here are some screencaps of Van http://s32.photobucket.com/albums/d18/gunxswordcaps/ and some of Priscilla 1, 2, & 3. The idea behind what Van had put on his ice cream is that he is a condiment type of guy. He HAS to have all the seasonings he can get to drown his food in. So I could see him doing this to ice cream.

"Van...umm...Van?" Priscilla reached over and placed her hand on his arm to get his attention.
Her touch seemed to snap the Armor Pilot out of the daze. "What is it Priscilla?"
"Well," she glanced down at the concoction sitting in the dish in front of him. "Is there ice cream under all of that?"
"Hmmm...I'm pretty sure there is."
"You don't sound so sure of yourself." The pink haired girl leaned forward a bit to get a better view.
Van picked up his spoon and dipped into his "ice cream", almost making Priscilla cringe in the process as it made its way into his mouth. The expressions on his face showed that he was tasting all the flavors and once it seemed as if it passed his inspection, he scooped up another spoonful and offered it to her.
"I...I don't know Van. I'm afraid I'd either die of a sugar rush or food poisoning. And what kind of first date would that be?"
"Nothing happened to me."
Priscilla almost wanted to blurt out loud that he wasn't actually a normal person either. Instead, she contemplated the thought and looked back down in his dish. Almost every topping available that was edible enough to put on ice cream was smothered on top the poor defenseless balls of iced milk.
"O...okay, I'll try it but if something happens to me..." Van cut off her complaint as he shoved the spoon into her mouth. He waited till she swallowed before pulling the spoon out and gauged her reaction.
He chuckled at the wide-eyed look on her face and held up another helping towards her. ?Want some more??
Priscilla sputtered a bit but regained her voice. ?Are you trying to kill me??
?Is that a yes or no?? Van gestured to what was in his hand and decided to eat it himself till she grabbed his arm and pulled it towards her mouth carefully without spilling the contents.
She licked her lips once she gave him the spoon back and giggled. ?It?s not bad after all. Who would?ve thought that all of those toppings mixed together would taste pretty good? Aside from you of course.?
Van mumbled in agreement and went back to eating before it started to melt but was interrupted when Priscilla curled her arm around his and leaned her head on his shoulder, smiling sweetly up at him. ?You are going to share that right??
?I don?t have a choice in that do I??
?Nope, and I?m going to enjoy every bit of it to commemorate our first date.? Priscilla then reached over to the table beside them and grabbed an extra spoon.
As much as he wanted to tell himself that this whole date thing was nothing important, he couldn?t help but shake his head and smile at the upbeat girl. It wasn't until she told him about the next date, saying they should get him some new clothes, that he looked heavenward and wondered what he'd done to deserve this. No doubt Helena?s laughing at me. The more he thought about it though, it wasn?t a bad idea. It was time he finally moved on with his new life with new friends and a new beginning.
