I haven't really read your work but I skimmed through it....I guess, what turned people off from reading your story is not your writing but rather because of your paragraphs' awkward spacing. It makes it hard for us to focus and actually read....so, I suggest you better fix that part right away.

Also, is your story kind of similar to Bambi?
