Hello all. If you have glanced at your scroll bar, then you will have noticed this is pretty long. It is not actually a fic. This is a story completely different from any anime or specifically any gundam story you might have heard of. It is mine, all mine. There is no set period of time, but I’ll be posting chapters of this ‘series’ I should call it every now and then. What I posted here is a mecha manual. I came up with this so I wouldn’t have to describe every little machine as I wrote the story. If you’re at all interested in what I’m about to do, you might want to read this. If you have any questions about what is what, ask wingnut, as for anything else, ask me. Tell me what you think if you feel like it.

Gundam Ultima: Mecha Profile.
I.C.O.N. (the Independent Colonies of Organized Newtypes)
I.C.O.N. is a group of colonies that is positioned at Lagrange point 5 (L5), at the end of and after the Arian War between the E.F.S.F of the Earth Federation and U.C.O.N., the populace began displaying the abilities of newtypes. With the Earth Federation’s resources exhausted, they were forced to withdraw from L5 and set up a quarantined area witch later became territory clamed by the newly founded government. Knowing war was inevitable, I.C.O.N. excelled in weapons and technology and declared neutrality as soon as the fighting brook out. They are too powerful for the E.F.S.F. to defeat especially while fighting U.C.O.N.
RX-80 UG (Ultima Gundam)
The Ultima’s soul focus is to dual with other individual mobile suits and gundams. It is not designed for mass destruction although it is capable of great power. Any fighter who challenges the Ultima will face the equivalent of a small fleet and much more.
Type: Gundam
Sensory systems: Short-range magnetic wave sonar, Neural resonance detector, 2x optical visual receptors with thermal, binocular, and particle detection systems.
Range: 32km.
Thruster system: Thrusters mounted on the back, upper part of the lower legs, on the ankles, on the feet, and maneuvering thrusters on various areas, 16x maneuvering fins {built into the wings [8 in each wing (retracted in standard mode)]}, Vernier thrusters [2x mounted on back of shields (2x sub-wings mounted on the back)].

Hand carried weapons: 2x 4 .5m nozzle gantline gun (mounted on a piece connecting to the shoulder joint) although hand carried in use, this weapon hangs vertically off the shoulder. The gun also has a .762m plasma cannon on the back section (mounted over the shoulder in use), 1x 60cm anti-matter cannon (equipped with beam bayonet).
2x 1.254 m2 Ultima beam gun [attached to inside of shields (hand carried in use)] the Ultima guns have three settings witch account for every beam gun concept. Setting 1: Standard medium range, medium firing rate, medium power. Setting 2: Medium range, maximum firing rate, medium power. Setting three: Maximum range, minimum firing rate, and maximum power. When the gun is deployed, the upper part flips forward and connects with the lower part, the handle extends, the targeting lens attaches, and the gun is complete. The gun is attached to inside of each shield.
Special attachment: On the inside of the Ultima’s wrists are magnets witch hold beam sabers. This attachment is designed for quick interchanging of weapons. The saber attaches to a cable and is secured with a magnet. Magnets in the hand activate to bring the saber back.
The Ultima Shield: The Ultima carries one of these shields on each arm, the following is all the weapons on board.
2x beam boomerang {stored in shield [hand carried in use (mounted on the left side of the right shield and on the right side of the left shield)]}, 4x R.P.G. launcher (mounted on topside), 1x ‘smart scatter bomb’ launcher (mounted on center, topside) this missile locks onto the precise thermal pattern of an enemy target and follows it and can even dodge attacks. When it gets in range, the missile opens and fires 150 rocket propelled grenades at once.
Optional attachments: Beam deflection field generator (mounted on back).
End Mode: The Ultima’s ultimate demonstration of power. Stage 1: All weapons are retracted into standard mode. Stage 2: Both Ultima beam guns are deployed. Stage 3: Deploy 2x beam compression barrels stored in the back and attach to beam guns. Stage 4: Deploy and lock maneuvering fins. Stage 5: Detach beam guns from inside of shields and combine into buster rifle. In the last stage, armor plates, and small panels open to reveal heat exhaust and shock absorbing technology. The rifle can be used separately or together to perform sniper attacks as well. The compression barrel automatically causes the standard beam to be a piercing beam. If the buster rifle is fired less than an hour at time, the rifle and Ultima will only survive four shots. If the rifle is fired a fifth time, the rifle and Ultima’s systems will overload and self-destruct. It should be noted that the fifth shot would be successfully completed.
RX-81 UFG (Ultima Fema Gundam)
In designing the Ultima, a counterpart was developed to either tag-team or duel with the other. This gundam has a feminine construction (most noticeable is the breasts and long hair) as apposed to the more male-like design of the Ultima. While most of it is the same design as the Ultima, the Ultima Fema has some major differences.

GM MSA31 (GM)
The second mass-produced mobile suit by I.C.O.N., these ms are perfect for heavy combat anywhere in the known universe. The first version was decommissioned after failing a revised combat test. While their designed to fight other mobile suits, they are very capable of defeating warships and ma.

Armageddon Class
A carrier and most advanced vessel in the fleet, the Armageddon has become the new flagship. The first vessel built is the Armageddon, which carries the most powerful ms, ma, and weapons ever built by I.C.O.N. S.C. 0039, after the Armageddon was completed, fifteen Armageddon class ships are ordered to be constructed at a shipyard posted near the L5 colony cluster.
Ships of the Line: Armageddon, Clarington
Storage: This vessel carries massive cargo to supply its forces. In addition to a square quarter mile storage space, the Armageddon carries 5x work pod, 10x ma, 30x ms, the Ultima Gundam, and the Ultima Fema Gundam.

The Harbinger is a new vessel fresh of the assembly line with sophisticated technology. It features a larger build designed to last longer in combat. Unlike most other vessels, this one has all its offensive combat technology in its wings. Its unique design allows for more cargo space and greater versatility.
Ships of the Line: Arbiter, Crazy Horse, Iaga, Parry.
Storage: This vessel features a large cargo hold, 15x ms, 2x ma, 2x work pod.
Other systems: Anti-beam depth charge mines.
Propulsion: 1x mega boost nuclear thruster.

Defensive systems: T4, magnetic field generator.

Iwo Jima Class
The command type vessel of the fleet, the Iwo Jima is more suited to carrying ma than ms. It also serves as an in-combat service ship witch can transfer cargo very quickly without compromising the security of either ship.

Storage: This vessel has a large cargo hold and 40x ma, 10x work pod.

Hercules Class
The Hercules is little more than a cargo ship witch is faster than any other vessel. It has several cargo launchers and catapults for work pods.

E.F.S.F. (Earth Federation Space Force)
The Earth Federation Space Force is the power behind the governing body of Earth (the Earth Federation). The united government is very young, it was formed after five years of a temporary military unity turned into an alliance. After the short, two-battle Arian War, the E.F.S.F. and the U.C.O.N. were forced to call a truce due to lack of resources.
SM RW-01 (Blue Gundam)
The Blue G was the first gundam developed by the E.F.S.F. While its original design would have proved inferior to U.C.O.N. ms, its new versatile design makes Blue G superior to even I.C.O.N. ms.

The third gundam to be built by the Earth Federation, the Archangel is more defensively designed than the other gundams. The Archangel is a powerful gundam with long-range weapons, variety, and versatility.

With awe inspiring destructive power, this gundam is a tool for massacre. It has the basic necessities for defeating ms/ma/warships, but its true purpose is mass destruction.

Ground Forces
In anticipation of a ucon attack on Earth itself, the Earth Federation built ms and ma for combat inside the atmosphere. Almost all ms have large boosters for high speed combat with space models and are capable of combat in the stratosphere.
EAGM-01 (Heavy Ground Mech)
The heavy ground mech or hgm was more designed for when enemy units tried to enter the atmosphere. While they are humanoid, they can transform into an all-terrain hovercraft.
Type: Transformable mass-produced mobile suit.

Range: Unknown.
Thruster system: 2x Earth boost thruster, 6x Earth boost maneuvering thruster.

EAGM-02 (Anti-warship ground mech)

It’s only protected by a magnetic shield and defensive systems for shooting down missiles. Except for the firing device, the entire complex is underground in the southern Italian mountain range. With impressive range, the Omega cannon hit a colony cluster over a million miles away.
U.C.O.N. (the United Colonies of Organized Newtypes)
U.C.O.N. has probably suffered the hardest existence in human history. Ever since the populace displayed signs of mysterious abilities, the ruling bodies secretly began exterminating the populace. When their existence became known, the Earth governments declared them unstable and violent. In an attempt to destroy them, the military gathered all the newtypes they could find and placed them in an isolated colony witch they later destroyed. The remaining newtypes still growing in numbers formed a resistance and a successful coup d’ etat. With the entire military at their command, they declared independence and closed their borders to all non-newtypes. While on a military campaign to retake the colonies, the Earth Federation secretly plotted to destroy all the L3 colonies. The stage was set with the vengeful newtypes on one side and the hateful norms on the other. After the two-battle Arian War, neither side could keep fighting, so they lay dormant until their forces are rebuilt.
UM-01 NBG (New Beauty Gundam)
The New Beauty is the first gundam built by I.C.O.N. While it is designed to destroy warships, the designers didn’t forget about ms or other gundams.

Anti-Neutron Shockwave: A new version of the N-Jammer off of Gundam Seed, this is designed to cause nuclear missiles to detonate prematurely.
Cargo Catapult: These catapults are the new way to transfer cargo. A cargo container is fired at a ship using air pressure. The ship on the receiving end uses air balloons or netting to catch it.
Gundamterium2: Same as the original, but this kind can use mirage colloid, nearly impervious to missiles, and highly resistant to nuclear explosions.
