Once again, another poem from BI's Author, meh! ^^* Not many people actually read the Original Fiction Forum, which I have now understood... but please comment. ^^

This one's to you, Ryan.

My Addiction

You're a numbing poison to my mind,
A disease I cannot fight.
A simple teardrop from my eyes,
That fades off into the night.
You're the reason that I smile,
When I break down at night.
The only half that makes me whole,
The reason I'm alright.
The touch that takes my breath away;
The most impossible dream.
The reason that I want to smile,
When all I do is scream.
You're the light into the distance,
My guidance; my embrace.
My answer to all questions;
The end of a repeating maze.
You're a drug, and I'm addicted,
To the ends of life, I fear.
Inside my heart, a gaping hole,
That's filled when you are near.
You're the angel of my destiny,
The destruction of my tears.
The one I always turn to,
When there's something that I fear.
You're the fire burning in my soul,
That I never want to fade.
Inside your eyes, I find myself,
And it makes me feel insane.
You're the sunlight through the window,
And my shadow on the floor.
The life I never will forgive,
The key to my locked door.
You're the rain that strikes the shadows,
The love that makes me ache.
The pain evolved to emptiness,
That shattered to heartbreak.
You're Romeo; I'm Juliet,
Drinking from the poisoned glass.
A sweet surrender; falling fast,
To a tragic, blissful crash.
You're the reason that I sing at night,
And the reason that I smile.
The reason that I love to hold,
Even you, just for a while.
An illusion from my fantasy,
That will become reality.
Thus is why my heart shall bleed,
Until you come to me.
You're the perfect ending,
To a book without a name.
A fragile soul in the path of dark;
My angel keeps me sane.
From the first day that I saw you,
We were fate; true destiny.
But even now all I can do,
Is wish that you were here with me.
It's my mistake, I did this,
It's not something I can fix.
So long ago, I knew the truth,
But I cant get out of this.
I wish that they could realize,
How much you mean to me.
To see me for who I really am,
Not what I seem to be.
I wish that I could get a chance,
To show them who I am.
But its much too late; I cannot run,
When I can barely understand.
So I stand off to a distance,
But still hold onto you.
Even for the first time,
I don't know what I can do.
You're watching as I wait for you,
For I know that day will come.
Pressing lips against my own,
Until my life is done.
That is my addiction,
There's no other way to die.
I die with you; never alone,
Nor would I even try.
This is my addiction,
My calling out to you.
My way of giving you my life,
In return for loving you.

Yeah... I'm more than in love with this Ryan kid. Sadly, I made a mistake years ago to somehow make his parents think I'm some type of phycho bitch o0. Now, once we realize how we feel for each other, I can never see him. Sucks, ne? My friends call us Romeo and Juliet ><.
