Kureno have stayed over the night, he slept on the couch where he cried him self to sleep. Shigure could not sleep; he was confused of why Akito have gone mad and worried of what happened to Ayame and Kagura.
?Why?why imprison us?? Shigure asked him self, ?Aya? Kagura? Please, stay strong.?
Kyo was laying flat on his back on the roof of the house, he could not sleep. When he closes his eyes, he sees Kagura, crying in pain and horrified for what has happened.
?I don?t get it? Why Kagura and Ayame are being locked up? Is it not the cat the only zodiac to be locked up?? Kyo sat up straight into a sitting position, ?This is insane? what?s happening??
Kyo was not the only one who was wondering.
Yuki sat on the edge of his bed wondering also, ?What sick-twisted idea is Akito playing? I don?t get this? Why Kagura and my brother held captive? They did not do anything wrong??
Yuki closed his eyes and imagine how his brother took it? Scared? Horrified? Angered by how Akito acted?
Yuki wanted to know what?s going on and he knows that there is only one way to find out, he opened his eyes.
?I have to go to the main house?? he said in a whisper.
Across the hallway, Tohru looked out her window. Tear stains on her pretty face, she was horrified and for the 1st time? Tohru Honda was angered.
?Oh mom, you told me before that I have to follow what?s in my heart and do the right thing?? Tohru held the picture of her mom and smiled sadly, ??you said that violence was not the answer to any problems but? two lives was taken captive and next month, two innocent children will have the same fate??
Tohru held the picture closer to her, ?Oh mom, please, I don?t know what to do? This is beyond me? I feel really helpless??
Tohru set the picture down on her nightstand table and lay down on her bed, she watched the image of her mom before drifting to sleep?

Tohru woke up the next day and the 1st thing she saw was the smiling image of her mother.
?You?re right mom,? She said in a low voice, ?I have to believe in my self and the people who love me??
Tohru got out of bed and dressed, everyone was still asleep. The 1st thing she did was fix breakfast, set the table and gotten ready when everyone came down to eat.
Yuki was the first one there and he looked terrible, he looked like he didn?t sleep at all.
?Yuki, did you sleep at all?? Tohru walked towards him and cupped his face to examine, ?You have bags under your eyes??
Yuki flushed but answered her, ?I was up all night thinking and only had a couple of hour sleep??
??After breakfast, please, could you get some sleep?? Tohru have given him the sad look that Yuki could not refuse.
?Alright? He answered.
?I guess I have to wait until I?ve gotten some rest?? Yuki thought to him self before seating him self on the table, ?I just have figure out what to say??
Next was Kyo, he looked twice as bad as Yuki. He was sniffling with a cold.
?Kyo, you went back to the roof?? Tohru approached him and put a hand on his fore head, ?OH MY GOSH! You?re temperature is very high!?
Kyo didn?t bother saying anything, he knew she was right and he won?t argue with her.
?Please, go to sleep after breakfast?? Tohru pleaded.
Kyo just nodded and sat the opposite side of Yuki.
Kureno and Shigure came last, they both look tired but they look much better than Kyo and Yuki.
?Set down everyone, breakfast is served?? Tohru said almost quietly.
Once the food was set, everyone eat silently. They have a lot of questions on there minds that they just ignore everyone else, figuring out what to do was something they can?t solve at the moment.
After breakfast, Yuki and Kyo did exactly what they were asked. Kureno went back to the main house and promises to bring back some news.
Shigure sat on the porch when Tohru approached him.
?Shigure, I have something to ask of you?? Tohru sat beside him.
?What would you like to ask?? Shigure didn?t bother to look at her, he knew that she was upset as he was or even more.
?It?s about Akito?? Tohru started, ?I would like to have a word with him again??
This time, Shigure did look at her, ?Are you serious? After what he did, you want to see him??
Outrage by the request, Shigure raised his voice but not loud enough for the two boys upstairs to hear, ?No, absolutely no! I am NOT going to risk your innocence?s and life to the likes of Akito for us!?
Shigure took a deep breath, Tohru faced him.
?Shigure, I need to talk to him?? It was firm and simple, ?I am not going to back down on this request Shigure??
Shigure was shock, ?Tohru, you are very important to us zodiacs! Have you get hurt because of us will be like death came early to us all! No, please, Tohru? Don?t go see Akito.?
Tohru stood up and sigh, ?I?m sorry Shigure, and it is my decision??
?I became part of this family when I moved her 2 years ago? This is mine, Yuki and Kyo?s last year of High school?? Tohru closed her eyes sadly, ?I do not want to see the cat be locked away or anyone else in the zodiac.?
When she opened her eyes, she turned her head to look at Shigure, ?I shall not stand down and let this happen, I care about you and everyone for me to let it be??
??Akito maybe the Head of the Sohma and I know for sure I am no match to him in combat.? Tohru turned away, ?But I will have the last word when I am done with him??
Before she walked away, ?No one harm my love ones and gets away with it??

Shigure was shock as he watched Tohru disappeared inside the kitchen. Her words filled his head as he puts them together, like a writer he is. Shigure understood what Tohru was about to do.
?She will fight? She is going to fight for all of us?? Shigure closed his eyes.
He was proud of Tohru like any Father would to a child; his precious flower is stronger than she looks. She was growing up to be a fine lady and someday will be taken away by a lucky man?
?but the point of it all, she was given her self to protect them from Akito.
Shigure closed his eyes, then a smiled.
When he re-opened them, ?No one will harm my precious girl and gets away with it? I will stand with her even if it means betraying Akito??
