Any one read it? Anyone else excited for the anime to start? I just dnled the trailer and can't wait to watch it. The manga is pretty interesting, too. I just started with Leia's suggestion. Any opinions of further chaps?

I've read up to vol. 8 of Tsubasa and it's all good up to this point. As far as the anime is concerned I've been waiting for this since it was originally announced in January.

Speaking of the trailer: nice to know it stay consistent with the Clamp art style although I was somewhat disappointed that they didn't get the same VA for Syaoran and Sakura but that's to be expected as well.

Well, the two are more older and the series has more drama and stuff. Still cute, but not as cute as CCS. However, I do appreciate the changing outfits. And it is fun to experience/see the different worlds that the group encounters on the way to gather all of Sakura's feathers.

I do hope that they got a great OP and ED songs for the anime. Truly. And that they don't differ a lot from the manga, but that is not a high possibility (though I will be surprised if the anime doesn't stray that much from the manga).

I hadn't read that far, since my exposure to Tsubasa is from Del Rey, and they are at 4 volumes. I can't wait for the next volume, and will download the anime as soon as it is translated.

Sakura and Syaoran RULES!!!! :salute:

I *heart* Tsubasa, and I cannot WAIT for the anime to come out!! *_* I'm waiting for the new....ending, I think that's the one Kinya Kotani does. I love his music from Gravitation.

Same as Bookworm, I've only read the volumes DR has come out with, and the current raw chapters someone on LJ comes out with. I was also a little dissapointed with the VA change, but again, I'm with Bookworm, they are older. Wheee!!! I can't wait to hear Fai!! I *heart* his VA!!! :D

I have read the first manga from DR. I can't wait to buy more. But I'll have to wait until I am jobbed T_T Those things are expensive! Good, but expensive!

Have you tried downloading the volumes from IRC or are you one of those "licensed" people?

I don't have IRC, nor do I plan to have it in the near future. Bittorrent, but no IRC. Just don't feel like learning about it. And licensing...I support it, but if I get my hands on fansubbed manga, then I'll all for it, especially if the manga isn't licensed until AFTER I have gotten all the translations. And even if Naruto is licensed, I still get the latest chapter (actually, my bro does, but he does it for me).

Hee hee, same here. If the series is licensed, I still buy the manga, but I'll DL the chapters as well, especially if they are far ahead. Right now I'm reading Tsuabasa raw, because someone on a Yahoo group I'm on posts it on her LJ.

Hehe, I'll upload what I have into a .rar file and post the link here later today. It's up to vol. 8, ch. 52. Gah, need to go back and update my files later today. It's been awhile since I've last been on the IRC channel. XD
