How to find a beta-reader

Advertise your services as a betareader, or beg for a new one here. If you're advertising, make sure to mention what sort of fics you're willing to read, and if you're begging - grovel hard. :)

How to find a beta-reader

Ok, this question is really simple : how do I find a beta-reader for my story? I've written two chapters for my story, already posted at fanfiction.net (GW) but I'd like to meet someone that can tell me what are the best parts of my fanfic and the bad points. So, anyone interested on answering this post?
