Dias groaned as he opened his eyes. A young woman was leaning over him.

'Forgien Minister Peacecraft'

Dias's first instinct was to try and kill her however he could. However, something held him back.

She was still in the blue dress he had seen from the survelience photos. Her hair was out of it's styling and fell down her back in a wave of gold. She looked like the woman he had drawn so many pictures of.

"You're awake," Relena said, releived. The young man had been tossing and turning for the better part of the night. He had screamed more than once. Relena felt a rush of pity towards him and whatever he had been through.

"What's your name?"

"Dias," Dias said quickly. Relena nodded.

"Are you going to kill me?"

For some reason, Dias felt his throat tighten up. What right did he have to kill her? She had helped so many. Avery wanted her dead, not him. The burning in his arm reminded him of his promise to Avery.

'When have I ever kept my promises?' Dias thought ruthlessly.

"I don't know," he said slowly.

"Could you repeat that?" Trowa asked. He and Heero were driving towards the Preventer Headquarters. Heero had just told him of his discovery.

"Ben Meckers--it's an anagram of James Kemner--I don't know what the N, I, B, C are yet."

"Why would he kidnap Relena?" Trowa questioned.

"To protect her from the Addict," Heero said simply, "stop the car."

Trowa stopped it. Heero slid out. Trowa walked out with him.

"You have no intention of telling Lady Une of this, do you?" Trowa stated.

"No, I informed Millardo," Heero said walking towards the docks. Lying ready for them, was another wooden schooner.

"Heero Yuy?"

Heero turned to see a man with wild blond hair and sea green eyes. He smiled at Heero and held out a hand.

"Rykan Ja'Keem," he said, "pleasure to meet you. Prime Minister Peacecraft called me ahead of time."

"Is this fast enough to catch 'El Miraco?'," Heero asked.

"Of course," Rykan said, "lets go."

"Heero--" Trowa said warningly as they walked up the gangplank.

"I know," Heero said cutting him off.

"Then say it," Rykan said turning around, "I have no patience for tiptoeing around any subject. You know who I am, say it."

His green eyes were blazing. Heero faced them head on.

"Why did your brother take Relena?"[/i]
