Anxiety and Confessions

Post by Iesu »

Not much would agree... But it feels great even just to have that someone you care for in your life as a simple friend... You find out that her friendship is more than enough...

Semestral break^^... and another spur of the moment poem...

Anxiety and Confessions

The words never took the form I wished for it to be
Thoughts in my mind seemed to fear the light
With each utterance, every word, I felt it
The same fear that my thoughts had
Voices quivered in silent pauses
I felt the need to hide, to fear
To move away from it all
Where nothing is said
None would hurt
In silence
It?s left
But I knew
It wasn?t to be such
My thought wouldn?t yield
Where courage is only exceeding
The very fear for the least of five minutes
The words blurted out, unorganized and fleeting
But the words made its way out, with most difficulty
Yet it didn?t matter anymore, as long as the words were out
The obvious thought had confirmed itself, in quivering words
The assurance, that final glance as she moved off to the distance
A man is not a man until he has accessed his raw untamed energy and takes pleasure to his capacity to fight and defend himself. Only then can he transform his blind rage into power to commit himself, to handle tensions and to make difficult decisions. Inner security also develops. It is based on his realization that whatever goes wrong, he can get help from his inner resources, from the basic energy of his aggression.

Hey, great poem! I liked the cool formatting, especially. Way to go.
