New recruit Moira here. I make my living writing, actually -- technical writing for agencies as a consultant. I studied creative writing in school, however.

I like fanfictions, but have come to the conclusion that while I'll probably never write a long fanfiction... occasionally I will edit others.

Just a warning. I have no problems being blunt when it comes to editing. I will nitpick every little detail that I believe warrants questioning. I won't flame, but some from my other circles consider me harsh and down right scary. If that works for you, and I have the time, go ahead and ask me to edit. Most of my friends have said that I've helped them out a lot with their writing.

Welcome, Moira, to the endless oblivion that is Blissful Ignorance! I hope you enjoy your stay, and as Calla and Mellie already said, you should really advertise your editing-services at the Beta Readers forum of this board. They're highly in demand.

Have fun reading and posting around, I'm sure you'll find some really odd jokes and comments, as well as many great fics.

I'm all happy now -- I found Blind Target, Ground Zero, and Episode Zero last night~

And I've actually been reading the fics on here for a while, and just decided to finally join. There have been fics I've wanted to comment on, so I said "why not."

And Ask Heero has had me in sitches for a while. Especially posts about Lord Tink the Conqueror.
