The war was over and peace had settled over the galaxy, pacifism was accepted everywhere and total pacifism was forgotten because Relena had realized that total pacifism was just an ideal and could never work because if a nation was under attack there would be no way to defend themselves so they were allowed to keep armaments incase of war but _not_ to conquer other nations. The Preventers would remove the armaments from a nation that was abusing their weapons and keep them in Preventer HQ until they were ultimately needed. The Gundam Pilots had given up their old life of war and bloodshed and started a new one. Quatre would run his company part-time and they all would work with Preventers.

People had changed, no longer did they want war and power that would lead to bloodshed and needless deaths. They had all set aside their differences, the Colonies didn’t hate the Earth and the Earth didn’t hate the Colonies. The Cinq Kingdom was turned into a democracy but the people still called the last Peacecraft heir their ruler even if she never took the title or reacted to it except to give a sad smile while her brother was the actual ruler even if he did live on Mars with his wife Lucretzia Noin-Peacecraft. Relena followed after her adopted father Dorlian and denounced the title Peacecraft to her brother and kept Dorlian. No one wanted to break the joy of this peace even old factions of the war had disbanded and enjoyed their freedom and some even joined Preventers once they could be trusted. Peace for the galaxy would last but it was paid by a price, one not many know of and once they do they might not think it was worth it.
