NEED BUTTONS - HELP!!!

Okay, the simple fact is I'm lazy when it comes to image editing. It takes me forever and a day to do something like make a button. I know it shouldn't be that hard, and there are others who can do something that takes me 9 years in like 9 minutes.

So. I would be eternally grateful - and no, I don't have a dollar to gratitude conversion rate handy - if SOMEONE would like to tackle making me some buttons.

I need the following buttons:

For the DefaultBlack style:

I'm going to hunt down and upload to this topic the image schtuff for the buttons (and before anyone asks, I am NOT married to or in love with the arrangement of the navigation buttons at the top of the Solaris template) for both templates.

If you can help me, I'd be very very very grateful.

Here's the Friend and Report buttons for default black:



I'm a little confused on the Folder buttons. Are they like the Folder buttons being used in the forums, or are they totally different? Would these work?


Just let me know if these'll work for you, or if you want something different (the report post icon is teeny!)

Hey, anything I can do to help. I can get cracking on the un-friend button and the rest later today. (I'm at mom's. We're moving stuff. Yay fun.)

I might play with the Solaris buttons some, too...I looked at Fireworks, and the interface is not all that different from Photoshop, so it shouldn't be too hard to get the hang of.

Actually, I love Fireworks. I had it before Photoshop. I just don't have a copy of it anymore.

Adaon did say that he could do buttons, too, so just let me know what you want to do. I'm taking volunteers for a new static html site (one that doesn't have a zillion broken links, preferably) as soon as the modifications are finished to this board.

Well, I'm finishing off the default black buttons right now-I'll hold off on the Solaris buttons, if Adaon can do those. (The kiddos haven't been letting me spend much time on the computer except at night after they're asleep, and I've got my own projects that I've been procras-I mean, working hard on. ^^; )

You can totally sign me up for the static site, though, and I'll do whatever I can. Whenever you have a free minute (I know, I know-sometime in 2007) you should fill me in on what you have planned for it, because I'm all interested now.

Kids have been duly hugged, and I'll tell Dad hi the next time I talk to him. ^_^
