Update

I have upgraded the board software and am now having to go back and re-apply all the modifications I made a year or so ago. Please pardon any error messages you get in the meantime. I'm working as fast as I can to remedy any remaining issues.

Thanks so much for the hard work, and there's ABSOLUTELY no need to apologize. You have a life outside of this site, and you keep it running and moderated so well, despite your other priorities. For goodness sake! With all you maintain and do for us at this site, the least we can do is be patient. ^_^ I'm sure I echo the sentiments of many when I say that I appreciate all of your time and effort, and I'm sorry for all the trouble this server move has caused you.

Thanks, Tomorrow. I do appreciate your support, and the general lack of complaint is good, too.

Right now, things that aren't working (that I know about) include: notification for new topic in forum aka "watch forum",
email notifications are being sent without the user name of the person who replied to the post,
report post,
and file attachment function (where applicable).

Those are all things I have to reinstall. I will be working on it as quickly as I can.

Okay dokey, the forum watch/notification should be working again. The email AND the notifications should be fixed.

Still to go: file attachmen, report post, and the portal all have to be fixed.

The file attachment modification, after much irritation, is installed again. With new features. Which means, more headache to install.

But it's there. Yay. Hopefully, up next will be a NEW modification to the profile page.

As far as I know, there should be no more errors with anything, other than when I'm working on something and a file gets screwed up for a half hour or so (like tonight). Other than that, if you're experiencing any problems, please let me know!

I've been trying to install the new profile control panel. But I'm dead tired, so I'm not going to be able to finish it tonight.

In the meantime, the member list and your profiles will be temporarily disabled until tomorrow afternoon (4/29).

Pillows are good. Days off are better. I have been granted a day and a half off prior to the weekend. My boss has a 'budget' for our hours now, so he's giving us time off now because were going to be OVERWORKED next week. *hides under the bed*

And yes, the first thing I did today was work on the profile control panel installation. 4 hours. And I still have buttons to fix.

And yes, this is me doing pointless griping. These things just shouldn't be this difficult.

BUT ANYWAY. And now, for the update.

There are 3 templates to choose from. The original one we've been using is DefaultBlack. SubSilver is the original one this board came with. And Solaris is my personal choice.

Adaon, if you're around and still up for webgraphic-ing, I need logos for SubSilver and Solaris.

Currently, this is a list of 'bugs' I'm still ironing out with each template:

DefaultBlack:
-Portal page is not complete. Needs to finish being updated.
-Hate. Hate. Hate. With a passion hate the lack of field/column distinction in the profile control panel.
-Need to create a "friend" button.

SubSilver:
-Portal page is not complete.

<s>-Need to fix the AIM button</s>
-Need BlissfulIgnorance logo to go where the phpBB logo is. [Adaon]
-Need to modify top navigation bar to include links to the gallery (album), and rules, links, and portal pages.

Solaris:

<s>-Need to modify the template to handle the file attachment hack.</s>
-Need to create buttons for the top navigation bar to include links to the gallery, rules, links, and portal pages.
