In my case, mine was in the process of being transferred from one server with Eryxma.com to another server w/ Eryxma.com, when Eryxma.com went OUT OF BUSINESS. So, I'm wondering why my support tickets aren't being answered, to move my hosting package domain pointers, and got pissed and bought another hosting package with another provider. I could have avoided any downtime had the idiots I bought THAT package from not been morons, but they were morons, I had to cancel that account, be assured I was going to get a refund, then open another account with a THIRD webhosting provider. All the while, the people that came in to salvage the data from Eryxma were telling the general client base "we're getting your stuff moved as fast as possible". We'd still be down if we were waiting on them.

But now, we're on our own dedicated server! HUZZAH!!!
