Title: Waiting

He sat on the couch, on the floor, paced the hall, and leaned upon the wall--- unsure of where to place himself, unsure of what he should do.

The test had been taken yesterday, and he had been confidant.

But when Relena had returned the words had fallen from her mouth, ?they had their suspicions?.

And he couldn?t help but feel weak.

She was quiet and unresponsive, and his fumbling to help only seemed to make her distant.

And he couldn?t help but imagine the worst, that Relena might have cancer--- that everything wouldn?t be okay.

So they sat on the couch, on the floor, they paced the hall, and they leaned upon the wall--- waiting for a phone call.

*Dedicated to my Mom, whom is also waiting for her phone call. Praying that the test results prove negative.

Ohhhh, that is so sad. The suspense...well, nice take on the dc. And hope for the best for ur mom.
