In my attempts to get some sleep after staying up until six this morning (psychology midterm), here is what I came up with:

Disclaimers: I only came up with the idea. Not the characters?..

The guys were over and she made her famous beef stew.

Nicole helped.

That was a mistake.

?Well, here you go. I won?t be making it for a while. Nicole is a handful.?

She served us and we dug in. It was Trowa?s stare that caused me to stop.

?There?s something in your stew.?

Nicole came over. I had a spoon to my mouth and looked down.

?It?s a rocket daddy!?

Everyone pushed their bowl away.

What Duo had in his mouth ended up on the table.

How Relena didn't see the tampon, I don't know...

Well I think that the difference between a tampon and a rocket is the size. Imagine Duo swallowing a huge rocket.
