Asuka, take it from someone who knows: No fic is a waste of time if it's what YOU want to do. *sees angst thrown her generall direction by other viewers who have taught MBF this* Hey! *dodges angst* I know, I know! I had to learn it the hard way, too, but at least I learned!
So! Asuka, do what YOU feel like doing! If it makes you happy, post like there's no tomorrow! ^_^

Write your heart out Asuka. Even if it's only you who benefits from the experience(s), at least someone is. Only you can determine if it is a waste of time or not. Granted I asked that same question about my second Hellsing fic, but regardless of what reviewers said, I would have continued if only for me.

You have to do what's best for you when it comes to your writing. Even if I don't agree when MBF says she's going to stop certain fics that I enjoy, I'm not going to hold it against her because that's what's best for her. If you post an Evangelion fic or write one and never post it, it is not a waste of time. You helped to create something. It may not be the most wonderful thing in the world and it might not be the most horrible thing either. But it is something that YOU did and that in and of itself demands to be recognized and treated with respect.

Now, quit second guessing yourself and what the reviewers may or may not say and write the fic!

Wanna help me write a Fuitski/Yui Gendo/Naoko fic. Pre-Yui's death. I know Gendo loved Yui alot but it's just what I had in mind. I think it would be cool to examin those relationship in depth.

Yeah, strangely enough I really like that whole thing. I also think a non-romantic fic delving into the neurosis of all the pilot would be fun, but I can't really post any fics until my computer gets back to working. I don't really have enough time in my first period and I like to type it on notepad first. Maybe I'll start doing it the old fashioned way with paper Anyway, when I get the chance, I'm posting the Gundam/Slayers x-over for the new forum Rose put up for me...I just thought how freaking sexy Trowa would look in the Zelgadis get-up....and how Relena kinda reminds me of Filia...hehe....
