since when was the "silly shorts" only for administrators? Or is my wonderful computer acting up?
cuz I wanted to respond...
and it's been telling me that only administrators (or is it administraters) can post!!!!

can someone please please please please get back to me, and tell me WHY this is happening?!?!?!

My bad. When I locked down the forums...you have to change the permissions of EACH forum separately. It's a rather large pain in the butt. I forgot that I had locked it temporarily, or rather, I probably thought I had already unlocked it.

Either way, it's fixed now.
