Now what you all have been waiting for....PART 8!!!!!Heero was walking down to Duo's office in the Preventers HQ. Relena was away on a business trip for about one month and was coming home today. They're wedding was in 4 days. Heero finally made it to Duo's office.
HY:"Duo you braided baka! What did you do with my car keys? I have to go and pick Relena up now!"
DM:"Shhhh! I"m watching a game. RAIDERS WIN!!!! YES!!!! Huh? What? Oh ya..right..your car keys...there over here somewhere."
He went looking into his desk while a commerical came on.
Commerical:"Having a baby changes everything. Johnson and Johnson."
HY:'Having a baby changes everything.'
Those words kept going over and over again in his head. He then had a little dream about what his life would be when the baby was born.
DREAM
Heero is running downstairs with his keys in his mouth throwing his jacket over his head and putting it on. There is baby diapers all over the place. Baby powder smells fills the air. Relena comes running over with there baby in her arms. She puts the baby in Heero's arms.
HY:"Relena! I"m late for work!"
RP:"Well i'm late for a meeting and you know how the delegates get when i'm late. Take care of the baby."
She runs out the door leaving Heero with a crying baby in his arms.
Later on Heero sits down and grabs a beer and turns on the TV. Relena comes over and places the baby on his lap.
HY:"Aw come on hon! I had the baby all day."
RP:"Well I had a 5 meetings in one day so don't push me now Heero."
The baby spits all over Heero.
HY:"Augh.."
END OF DREAM
DM:"Uh Heero, earth to Heero....HEERO!"
HY:"Huh...what?"
DM:"Your keys?"
Duo holds up Heero's keys.
HY:"Oh god! What time is it? I"m going to be late."
DM:"Hey what's the rush?"
HY:"Relena and I also have a doctors appointment right after."
He grabs the keys and runs outside to his car.
Airport:"Shuttle 105 has just landed at port 17."
Relena comes walking out pulling her suitcase. He stomach is getting a little bigger.
HY:"Relena."
She looks to where her name was called and smiles. She runs over to him and Heero picks her up and swings her in the air. When he finally puts her down, he kisses her."
RP:"Heero, what are you doing here? I thought we were going to meet at the hospital."
He kisses her again.
HY:"I couldn't wait that long."
He picks up her suitcase and they drive to the hospital.
Dr.Starling:"Everything looks fine Ms. Peacecraft."
HY:"Yuy."
Dr.Starling:"Excuse me?"
HY:"Soon to be Mrs. Yuy."
She laughed.
Dr.Starling:"Oh course, how could I forget?"
RP:"Is our baby healthy?"
Dr.Starling:"Yes, things are looking great."
HY:"Do you know the uh...sex yet?"
Dr.Starling:"I'm sorry but not yet. Maybe in a couple of months we will.Now I both know that you both are getting ready for this baby right?"
HY,RP:"Nani?"
Dr.Starling:"I guess not. Even though it is still early to start worrying about the baby, you could still start getting ready to set up the baby's room and put things that could be in the baby's reach somewhere eles."
Relena and Heero walk out of the hospital. Relena puts her hand on her stomach and Heero takes her other hand.
The rest of the trip was a quiet one in the car. Heero would every once in awhile look from the cornor of his eye at Relena. She would do the same.
He couldn't stand the silence any longer.
HY:"Relena."
RP:"Hm?"
HY:"Uh....this baby will.."
RP:"Change everything?"
HY:"Uh.."
RP:"Heero there is a park right over there. Pull over."
HY:"But Relena, you have a meeting in 5.."
RP:"Heero this is a family matter, meetings can wait."
HY:" Hmm."
Heero parked the car on the side of the road and they took a walk in the park. Heero grabbed Relena's hand.
RP:"I have been thinking about the same thing while I was away. I guess everyone gets cold feet when it comes to getting married and having children. Some times they think that maybe, it was the wrong..choice."
Heero stopped moving.
HY:"Are you saying that you don't want this marriage or this baby."
RP:"No, I want to know if this is what you want."
Heero smiled and took her to a bench where they sat down. He lifted her chin so that she was now staring at him.
HY:"If I keep you near by then I am ready for anything, especially this marriage and our baby."
RP:"Same here."
He took her hand.
RP:"Heero, do you know where we are?"
HY:"Huh?"
He looked around him and smiled.
HY:"Last time I came here, I had a ring with me. Now, I am about to be married and soon will have a family."
He kissed her and they sat there for the whole day, forgetting about Relena's meeting.
