Relena woke up and looked at her alarm clock which didn't ring.
9 o'clock.

Relena:"Oh, its only 9 o'clock..........9 O'CLOCK!!!!!! OH SHIT I'M LATE FOR MY MEETING!!!!! GOTTA TAKE A SHOWER. WHERE'S MY CLOTHES!?!?!?!! FUCK WHERE'S MY NOTES AND BRIEFCASE!!!!!!!"

20 minutes later after Relena finished getting ready she ran out her door and bumped into..who would have guessed?

Relena:"Oh I'm sorry Heero, I'm really late for work and I uh...I...what's so funny?"

Heero was laughing like crazy which really did scar Relena.

Relena:"What's so funny?"

Heero:"Ha...its only...hahahaha...7 o'clock....hahaha"

Relena:"Wha...wha..what? What are you talking about it is only..."

She looked up at a clock in the hallway to find that Heero was telling the truth.

Relena:"Heero you fuckin son of a bitch! How could you change my clock and scare the living shit out of me?!"

Heero just grabbed and picked up Relena and brought her back into her room and dropped her on the bed and got on top of her.

Relena:"Heero what are you do..."

She was cut off by Heero's lips. Pretty soon she fell into it too and took about 2 min. for them to finally catch up for air.

Heero:"Now, is everything better?"

Relena:"No, I'm still mad"

She had a little grin on her face.

Heero kissed her again but this time with more passion.

Heero:"How can you look at me in the eye and say that you don't feel better?"

Relena just smiled.

Relena:"We still have about an hour left before we have to go to work."
She pulled him down for another kiss.

Preventers Headquaters

Wufei:" WOMAN!!!!!!!"

Sally came into his room.

Sally:"What is it Wufei??"
She said in an irritated voice.

Wufei:"I order you to go out with me to Relena's birthday party tonight."

Sally just laughed and gave him a light kiss."

Sally:"Alright....MAN!"

Meanwhile....

Relena came walking out of the conference room only to be bumped into Heero and be givin kiss. The other delegates looked and smiled and so did Quatra.

Quatra:"Well looks like things are really going smooth with you too."

Relena and Heero just smiled and left to get ready for Relena's party hand in hand.

Duo:"So buddy, today is the big night when you ask Relena to mar.."

Heero:"Shut up Duo."

Duo:"Hey I just want to make sure that you don't back out at the last minute."

Heero:"Don't worry,I love her to much to let her slip through my fingers."

Duo smacked Heero on that back.

Heero:"Good job buddy. You are finally sounding human."
Heero gave a grin.

Dorthy( I don't know how to spell that either. Can't you tell that I am a bad speller?):"So Relena..I can tell something is on your mind. Come on tell me what is it?"

Relena and the other girls where in Relena's room talking before going downstairs.

Relena:"Well...it's Heero. It seems like he is hiding something from me."

Everyone started laughing. (everyone knows that Heero was going to propose.)

Relena:"What? What is so funny?"

Everyone except Relena:"Nothing."

Hilde:" I think it is time that we should go down now."

Heero and the other's where already downstairs waiting for the girls to come down. Heero was enjoying everything for once until he saw someone that he thougth he would never see again...
Silvia Noventa.

SN:"Hey Heero. I haven't seen you in a while."
HY:"Hn.."
SN:"Still don't talk that much I see. Well I would like to talk to you later."
After she left the music stopped playing and everyone looked up the stairs to see Relena coming downstairs. God, she looked so pretty, Heero thought. Once she arrived at the bottom, Zechs came up and took her and hand and took her to the stage. Once on stage she said all her thank yous and have a nice time and went down to join Heero.

RP:"Heero, there you are I was looking for you."
HY:"Hn.."
DM:"Hey Hilde, wana dance?"
HS:"You know I do."
All the guys grabbed their girls and went to dance.

HY:"Relena..?"
RP:"I loved to Heero."

Heero took her hand and lead her to the dance floor. Heero was thinking very hard about how to approach Relena with the ring. Relena looked up at Heero and saw his Perfect Solider mask on and just sighed and put her head on this shoulders and listened to the music.

When the song ended, Zechs came up and asked Relena for a dance. Before Heero left Relena, he whispered in her ear..

HY:"Meet me out in the balcony after. I need to tell you something.I"ll be waiting."
Relena nodded and smiled. She then went with Zechs.

Heero made his way to the balcony with the box in his pocket. He was sure now that he was going to ask her. He heared footsteps behind him but it wasn't Relena's...he could feel it.

HY:"What do you want...Silvia?"
SN:"Why Heero....why so cold?"
HY:"I'm waiting for someone and have now business with you."
Silvia took at seat next to Heero on a bench on the balcony.

SN:"Heero...the reason I came here tonight was to tell you that I...love you."

This took Heero by surprised. He started at her.

SN:"I loved you ever since I saw you come and tell me to kill you after what you did to my grandfather. I don't care what you did...I love you Heero..always have..."

By this time, Relena was walking towards the balcony and stopped when she saw Silvia staring straight into Heero's eyes with him just staring back.

Without even warning, Silvia leaned forward and kissed Heero.
Heero was in shock and just stayed there until something kicked in and he pushed her back. He stood up and was about to go find Relena until he stopped and looked at what was there in front of him. A teary eyed Relena.

RP:"...Heero....."

Silvia that bitch! Runing everything! Well I better finish the rest of the story. Plz tell me what you think!
