Part 8 - Blind Beauty

Everything, the shuffling of the tree's, the swaying of the long grass blades and the natural cry of the wildlife around him, seemed to torment the heart beat that somehow was a vital indication he was alive and unseperate to many of other human beings. It was what that linked them all, a heart..

Upon his back he felt the uneasyness of lieing upon the dirt, having felt the clumps press into his back, he didn't care. His eyes, now closed, only tried to help his concentration of his new found mission, sent out by his mistress..His lover.

He would do anything for her, anything. But this mission, no matter how much it seemed 'normal' for Phillip. For him and especially her, it held satisfaction and an remarkable attraction. His blood felt like hot, malting lava flowing through his veins as the thought of her, this Peacecraft would be smitten in his hands.

So why wasn't he getting up? Why wasn't he there already? He didn't know the answer and he pondered on the thought if Shelli would know. As it seems, Shelli had the power over him and everything she said was alright right. Supposbly it was..

The relapses had stopped, but his mind fixed into a world of pure crazed and insanity only helped the tablets work their way into his brain and into his soul. They had taken a much stronger affect for Phillip, piercing his every realisation of existant, his body only wanted one thing before..before what?

He couldn't remember. But he remembered he needed to release himself, he remembered he wanted his woman back, but what was her name?

Lieing infront of him, the picture of Relena Peacecraft displayed on the front page of the newspaper that Shelli had cut up, from a few months back. The picture, for once, was coloured. Her bright ocean eyes and long golden curles sparked an interest in him, she looked familiar..she looked like his woman.

Grabbing the picture, scruffling it into his pocket he stood himself up, slowly at first as the whole entire surroundings spun around in twisted circles, he gradually stumbled and madr his way over to the huts entrance. The wooden plaited door. As it wasn't properly shut from Heero's exit, he forced himself outside and with this burst of energy, this crazyness of pure need, he broke out into a sprint. Straight for the direction of the home before him, where The Perfect Soilder was heading.

"He won't have you!!" He screamed into the nights air as he sprinted, all of this energy had indeed made him powerful, crazy but powerful. All he needed now was her and he wouldn't let Yuy get to her first. Not this time. He was her's and she was his. He always had secretly known that and before Yuy came, everything was perfect. The sex was electrifying, the adventures were amazing but to think of her being touched by another, sickened his thoughts. All he thought he knew, Shelli was in that place and he would get to her first.

Unknown to him, he had already sprinted over a mile and a half and not even a sweat broke out. These pills had an magnificent effect but already he had forgotten what he had done and taken.

He was nearly there.

Tearing himself from the blades of grass, he leaped up into the nights air and landed perfectly into a low crouch. His dark prussian eyes scanned the area around him, he felt like natures pedator and he was ready to find this Relena and kill her, for Shelli.

But he halted himself as he was about to lean up to stand. He heard a noise behind him and it wasn't the natural noises of the surroundings that bore around him. It was a fast pace of footsteps and the panting of a human.

Not bothering to turn his body around, only did his head turn slightly as dark marron locks trailed down into his vision. It didn't prevent his eyes from catching the first and very quick glance of a sprinting Phillip, who seemed to of not even acknowledged Heero. Instead Phillip only screamed out over and over again "Shelli! I'm coming!"

Pushing himself up into a perfect standing position, he frowned at the thought of him racing towards Shelli. He thought his mistress was fine back there, watching him as he was on his way to do his mission.

BEEP.

A sound erupted from his watch that interrupted his thoughts.

BEEP.

It came again, he understood what these sounds meant. It was time to take those tablets that, in Shelli's words ;"If you do not take it my perfect soilder, you won't be allowed to hold me again."

BEEP.

The last and final sound of his watch blaring off into the nights air conducted his movements into a brief halt. His eyes, blank to the world but could tell a story that wouldn't be filled with love and warmth, merely stared out infront of him. His watch was reminding him and his body responded as the first lapse of emptiness dulled within his chest, his heart.

'Its so, so hard to breathe..' He closed his eyes for the slightest second before leaning into a full propelled sprint once more. Phillip was after his woman and he wouldn't allow the one person he allowed to feel something and to let her touch him, be taken away from him..
