Question about album gallery

I was just checking it out and was wondering this. For the "fanart" section, is posting of Japanese fanart from the japanese artists sites allowed? I thought I'd ask since we all know the story with that. Also I'm asking cause so far I see 3 japanese GW artists pics posted. (two pics dont show up unless you click on the pic itself)

Perhaps I'm looking into this too much but hey, its better to be safe than sorry. :-?

If it's a pic where the fanartist would be upset at having it hosted here, despite it being credited as their work, without being asked permission first. And the person posting it has not asked for permission, then it doesn't need to be here.

I would PREFER people to post their own, on-topic, appropriate fanart as that is one sure fire way to avoid problems. They post it, they've obviously given permission. However, if someone has gained permission to post another person's artwork, that is acceptable.

I'm afraid I've been a bit presumptuous with Rox's art, but I feel like she'd be fine with it here as long as it's credited to her. If not, all she has to do is say so....
