GAH!
now... can you tell me when!? huh? *poke* huh? *poke* huh!? *jab*
*sigh* ah well, guess I'll just have to work on that in my story

... whenever I can get back around to that, becuase obviously it's not coming around in TSR anytime soon. I'm not too sure on how I feel about that series and haven't had the time to watch *pout* How do you feel about the TSR series Sigil?
but hey, in the meantime, a girl can dream
Actually, Sousuke's lack of understanding and 'idiocy' being his own fault, as you said trek, is just as vast as Chidori's lack of patience and inhibition in speech.
I personally think it's cute in that his lack of understanding is something innocent that results in such a big mess (as is the way my life goes) and that Chidori's lack of patience is something she uses as a defense mechanism (which I can understand all too well, if you push the problem away you don't have to deal with it, and the most effective means is to tell someone straight out what is on your mind) but that both of their 'faults' or personality traits are enhanced by the other. Rarely is Sousuke tearing apart the school for anyone else and rarely does Chidori think twice about telling someone exactly what's on her mind (reminder: while Chidori was in the elevator during episode 7 she even felt guilty "Who's the real baka?" as she looks at the bracelet he gave her). Part of loving one another is learning from one another, and Sousuke is indirectly causing Chidori to think and reflect on her actions, while Chidori is causing Sousuke to question orders and his ability when he never did before. Something neither one ever thought to do before and neither one notices the difference in behavior becuase they do not know one another to see that they are acting differently and neither has been in that situation before. hehehe, interesting... very interesting... ne? *grins like a fool*
All that evidence, plus the fact that any FMP fan knows... or they
should *cough cough* know that Chidori and Sousuke obviously have some resemblence of feelings for each other (they just have to realize and foster it! *shakes fist* dangit!!) just makes the whole situation, albeit frustrating, cute once you understand what's going on under the surface.
... then again, I'm a hopeless romantic. I prolly could find romance in any situation.
