What makes you write?

Really, we all write cuz we really didn't like the ending. Am I right on this?

I totally agree! I steal (okay, more like expand upon) little ideas imbedded in stories. I like to try make something my own and see if I can make it end the way I want. That is what is rewarding, making it your own!

i write because i have a big imagination... express my emotions on writing peoms only..

I know this fic has been dead for a while, but i felt the need to add my input.

I write because if i didn't then my brain would explode, or i would become catatonic. Scientifically speaking the latter is probuly more likely, but try telling that to me when the stories inside my head are trying to hammer their way out through my skull.

If i didn't write then i have severe doubts about my ability to be a functioning member of society. Either the stories in my head would become too much and i would not be able to concentrate on anything outside my mind. Or they would dry up and i would be lost, and in my opinion dead.

Sounds rather dark doesn't it? But its not to me. Imagination has been the biggest part of me for as long as i can remember, sometimes even to the point of it being dangerous. This is my way of taking care of the imagination, of making sure it doesn't consume me and that i don't somehow lose it.

Plus its fun!
