bookworm Tortures Heero and Wufei
Bookworm paused at her needlepoint.
She?smiled.
Abandoning her craft, she got up and went to her book.
Opening it, she?
~*~
The group ambled down the great gallery, admiring the arts and crafts being shown.
A blond man turned to speak to his sibling.
?I was reluctant to come, but I must say, Relena, your grandmother and her group are fantastic artisans.?
Relena was pleased.
?I agree, Milliardo. Grandma Darlian and her club did some amazing works.?
She paused and stared at a quilt with complex patterns and colors.
?Relena!?
The group turned as a silver-haired woman came up. She immediately hugged the blonde girl while the rest of the group waited nearby.
?Madam Craft, it?s nice to meet you.?
?It has been a long time. If your grandmother wasn?t so sick, she would have attended her student?s show today.?
Relena frowned.
?You mean the works we saw were made by a student of hers??
Madam Craft nodded her head.
?Most of the stuff here was made by one student. Of course, I and the rest of the club were his teachers. There are a few in the back that are made by another student of mine.?
Being a proud teacher, she dragged Relena, with the group following behind, towards the back of the building. They stopped at the end of the room.
The other women admired the works.
The men?
?Did I just hear her say it was a he??
Madam Craft heard the question and turned to answer the braided boy.
?Yes. Both my students are boys.?
There were murmurs from nearly everyone.
?Fantastic, I say.?
?Amazing.?
???
?I wish I could do that.?
?Yeah, I agree. We are women, and we can?t even do it.?
Relena sighed.
??I can only do mediocre work.?
?Your grandmother taught you, Miss Relena??
?Yes, but I didn?t go far.?
Madam Craft had opened a door at the far wall of the room.
?Here are some private works of the students.?
The group meekly followed suit.
The first work they saw was?
?Good Lord.?
??Is that what I think it is??
?Whoever did that is pretty good.?
Madam Craft beamed.
?I agree. The work was solely his, working on a blank canvas. Relena does look nice, doesn?t she??
?He must be someone close to her.?
The group turned at the scowling blond man.
Madam Craft pointed to the embroidery next to the first one.
?This one was made by my other student.?
The group returned their gazes to see?
?Meiran, that?s you!?
The Chinese woman stared at the work thoughtfully.
?Hmm??
She turned to her husband, who hadn?t said a word and had been at the back along with another soldier.
?Wufei.?
Madam Craft immediately turned to the Chinese woman.
?You know my student??
Meiran pointed to the Chinese boy.
?That?s him, isn?t it??
Madam Craft finally caught sight of?both her students.
?Heero! Wufei! Why didn?t you greet me??
The two boys?err, the Chinese boy shuffled his feet whereas the Perfect Soldier just stood there stoically.
Madam Craft frowned and put her hands on her hips.
?Is this what I taught you guys??
The boys didn?t move.
She tapped her foot.
?Well??
Finally, the Japanese youth moved towards the silver-haired woman. With naturalness that surprised many (except perhaps his beloved) he embraced the woman, who happily returned the gesture.
Stepping away from the youth, Madam Craft turned to Wufei.
Realizing the futility of his position, the Chinese youth grudgingly went to Madam Corte and stiffly hugged her.
The group just stared in silence. Well?mostly silent, since one American youth couldn?t quite stifle his chuckles from behind his hand.
Madam Craft grabbed hold to one hand of her students.
She smiled.
?Relena, Heero made the works you?ve seen throughout the gallery. The back wall has the works of Wufei.?
Relena stared at the Perfect Soldier with a neutral expression. Then she spoke?in Japanese.
?I hope that SOMETHING came out of my Grandma?s lessons??
Heero nodded his head.
Relena smiled.
?Good. I?ll?expect THAT along with?you-know-what.?
Heero let go of his teacher?s hand and went around the corner, coming back with a quilted blanket. He handed it to Relena.
Relena unfolded it and squealed. She looked at Heero.
?This is for H.J., right??
Heero briefly nodded his head.
Madam Craft, who was unabashedly listening, dropped her other student?s hand, and beamed.
?Your son, right??
The group echoed the question, hearing the news for the first time; one blond brother was deeply getting upset.
?Son??
The others looked at the reddening blond man.
Heero exchanged looks with his teacher, who promptly stepped towards the blond man.
?Now, now??
While the silver-haired woman placated the blond man, the Japanese youth put his hand on his pant?s pocket.
The room instantly blacked out?and returned after a minute.
Milliardo looked around.
?Where are Relena and Heero??
Duo scowled.
?And I wanted to question them.?
~*~
Bookworm closed her book.
?Now back to my needlepoint.?

I never thought of Heero and Wufei as artists, but I say this is very possible. I really mean it.
Anyway, I really loved this one
Maybe it wasn't as humorous as other stories, it still made me feel... warm and happy?..
Yeah, warm and happy
Great job!

I always thought Heero would be good at nearly everything he tried, including art. As for Wufei... who knew? ::shrugs shoulders::
::squeal::
H.J.!!!!!!!! H.J.!!!!!!!!!
Will you be including a little H.J. in some of these ficlets? That would be so cute. ::higher, more shril squeal::
Loved it, which means you must write more.

Ah, to be as wicked as the bookworm... I think I would have more fun.

These are cute. I especially like your version of "torturing" Relena. If all she had to face was a spider to get Heero in the bath with her, I would gladly change places. I had a similar experience involving a centipede in the shower. I have exceedingly poor vision, so I had no idea what it was. I was convinced it was a snake, but I finished my shower then ran like the devil was behind me to make someone else squish it.

Oh, boy. I would have the same reaction, Tobo. And I also have poor vision. *shudders* Hate spiders/insects/etc.
Well, I decided to post Duo's fic. So here it is.

bookworm Tortures Duo x3
Bookworm dropped her novel.
?What if??
She opened her book to find out?
~*~
Duo opened his eyes.
He sat up and yawned, stretching the kinks out of his body.
It sure was nice to take a nap now and then during work.
With that thought, he got up and walked out of the room.
Still a little sleepy, he didn?t notice the absence of an important part in his body.
Nor did he notice the looks given to him.
Until?
?HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Duo finally woke up.
He found his comrades? stares on him.
Now, it really wasn?t a big deal when Wufei or Quatre was laughing.
But Trowa?
?What?s up??
Trowa, of course, couldn?t answer him.
Nor did Wufei and Quatre.
This was the scene that the Perfect Soldier and his little Princess saw as they arrived.
The little Princess squealed and pointed.
?Baldy!?
Duo realized that the little girl was pointing at him.
Immediately, he raised his hands on his head.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
Eight.
Nine.
Ten.
Eleven.
Twel-.
?WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
The American?s hands went through his now bald head.
?WHERE?S MY HAIR?!?
Heero smirked.
?Now THAT is the question.?
Duo went down on his knees and began?sobbing.
His comrades, excluding the smirking Perfect Soldier, continued laughing.
The little Princess, feeling sorry for her uncle, wiggled to be let down. When her Papa did, she went to the kneeling American.
The little Princess tugged on the sleeve, and the American raised his head from his hands.
He leaned down?
She leaned up?
?And she kissed the bald head.
She straightened herself and smiled at her uncle.
?You?re still my UNCLE DUO!!?
Duo was touched and hugged her.
?Of course I am.?
When he released her, the little Princess skipped back to her Papa, who promptly got her back into his arms and left the premises.
The four men watched both parent and child walk away. As they got out of sight, the Chinese man turned to the bald American.
He SMIRKED.
?But you?re BALDY UNCLE DUO.?
And the three Gundam pilots erupted again into laughter while their bald friend continued to whine.
~*~
Bookworm grinned.
She closed her book.
?Now that?s that.?
So saying, she lifted her novel and resumed reading.
