Chapter 2: An Enemy Already








Relena held her breath, for the person that stood in front of her was her past. Her head felt light, but not good enough to bring her down to unconciousness.



Two girls stumbled down the hill laughters spread the air.



She didn’t want to remember the girl because it brought her uneasiness with a twist in her stomache, the girl that used to be her friend, but now the opposite.



“Are you sure we won’t be in trouble?” “ Don’t worry, your my best-friend.”



Treize was left out of the two girls staring, and the quietness. He let out a chuckle and the girls turned their attention to him. “ Miss Darlian, I would like you to meet Hilde Schebieker. Miss Schebieker, this is Relena Darlian. You two will be roomates and Hilde, you are her guide for this week.” Hilde let out a nodd, but her eyes told a different story. Relena felt the locket give a light shake, could Hilde be unfolded in the power?



“ Then go along.” The principal told them and the hurried off. “ What are you doing here?” Hilde seethed. “ To learn.” “ Don’t be stupid, don’t tell me your here looking for the princess.” Her eyes sparked. “ I’m not, like I said, I’m here to learn,” and to find out whats going on with this school. Hilde didn’t say anything, just walked off, and so Relena followed.





“ Sally, are you alright?” Duo asked, opening the door carefully. “ Duo? I’m glad its you, yeah I’m okay.” The half Chinese girl replied. “ It’s nothing. I know that when you’re a patient, you need company.” Sally laughed, “ And when did you start becomeing Mr. Patient Knowing?” Duo shrugged, “ Since Hilde used my Band and almost killed me.”



With a giggle, Sally calmed herself and sat up straight, “ So what happened to make Quatre come up here and tell Wufei to meet up with the Student Council?” “ Nothin’. Lady Une ‘sences’ that the Princess is coming.” “ The Peacecraft Princess? How?” “ Oh you know, anyways. Theres a new girl in school, her name is Relena Darlian.” Sally arched an eyebrow, “ Is that so? I would like to meet her then.” “ Come on Sally, your a medical student who heals us Student Council. Not a girl who beats up newcomers.”



“ I’m not going to beat the new girl up. I just want to see her, if she’s like the-,” “ She’s not the princess Sally.” Sally arched an eyebrow, “ How do you know?” “ Because her last name is Darlian.” Sally punched Duo lightly on the shoulders, “ You nucklehead, the princess could be in desguise. Who, like the royal lost princess would use her real name? She knows that she’s important, so she might be like those undercover peole.”



“ I never thought of that.” Sally rolled her eyes, “ You don’t notice anything. I don’t even know why you deserve the Death Band.” Duo frowned, “ Oh, so your consuming that I’m not good enough for that? I think Wufei doesn’t deserve the Justice Band then, and Trowa with the Terror Band including-,” “ Okay, okay. I understand, but the Peacecraft Bands aren’t used to play around.”



“ Thats what the Student Council is about.” “ I know, I know. How ‘bout we give this Relena girl a welcoming gift?” Sally smiled, “ We could go to Catherine.” “ Isn’t she sick? That’s why Trowa’s been skipping classes to look after her.” “ Then we can go visit Catherine too.” Sally began to stand up but fell down the bed with her pained feet fleeting her down.



“ Now Sally, you shouldn’t go anywhere with your feet at injury.” Sally bit her lower lip to stop the pain she was about to cry out. Her hand moved to her swollen spranged knee and Sally touched her wound. Like some shot of thunder hit her, Sally felt her muscle moving from her injury. It was like a process of light, but by her hands. Sally let out a gasped and twitched her foot, she could feel nothing but reliefment. No pain, what justed happened?



“ Duo, did you see what just happened?” “ What?” Sally looked at her hands once again, what was happening to her?





Relena stopped and tried to stop the locket from shaking like an earthquake against her. A new power had been revealed but who was the one owning the magic? “ I don’t have all day waiting here.” Hilde replied dryly and Relena walked, not hearing the mumbles from Hilde. I’ve only been here 2 hours and already this school is getting weird. “ This is our dorm.” Hilde took out her keys and opened the door.



There were two rooms with a living/work room. A bathroom was at the corner with cleaned line up shampoo and conditioner with soups on the panel. Furnitures had atleast pictures and ornements on top of them with many pictures of Hilde and the person Relena reconized she had ment a while ago. “ This is your room,” Hilde guided her to a room opposite of Hilde’s own.



Relena went in and found out that her duffel bag was on the bag. She didn’t have enough time to bring her other things, because of her runaway. Relena zipped the bag opened and took out her neat folded clothes seeing that her two pairs of uniforms were right next to her duffel bag with her schedule on top.

Period 1: English/Language Arts-Mr. Lane

Period 2: Reading/Language Reading-Mr. Lane

Homeroom: Mr. Brazzile

Period 3: History/Ancient Studies-Mr. Lane

Period 4: Math-Mrs. Fugii

Lunch

Period 5: Science/Health-Mrs. Williams

Period 6: Physical Education-Mr. Valasqius


Free Period: Garden Visor-Relena Darlian

“ Great, I get Mr. Lane for 3 periods.” Relena said pulled with sarcasm in her voice. “ Oh well.” Hanging her clothes in the closet, Relena looked around her room. It had a four poster bed with a desk and a light post carried with a alarm clock. Probably tardy is not a choice here, Relena thought. The digital timer read 6:00 PM. Dinner would be in another hour. Relena sighed, her stmache was already grumbling.



Opening the curtains, Relena saw the sun beginning to set. She breathed the fresh air. Take as much time as you can Relena, your mission will begin and your time in life will be a waste. Then Relena noticed two boys walking to a deserted lot full of flowers and grass. But it seemed like an arena because of platform.



“ What are you looking at Relena Darlian?” Hilde popped her head in the room seeking the annoyance of the young blonde girl. “ What those boys heading too?” Hilde approached the window and smirked, “ Nothing to worry. Those two boys are in the Student Council. They’re headed towards the Battle Arena where they fight.”



Relena squinted her eyes to only see the boy with wild chocolate brown hair. “ Can you tell me who that boy is?” “ Heero Yuy, but I garentee he’ll notice you. He’s after the Peacecraft Princess.” Relena stared at the meaningful girl that was in front of her. “ What happened to you Hilde?” Her eyes narrowed, “ Nothing happened to me. What happened to you? I know you’re up to something.”



“ You changed so much Hilde.” “ I haven’t changed!” Hilde snapped at Relena, “ You have. If it wasn’t for your brother working for Priest Seto and he warning you about your future nothing would happen!” “ But it did didn’t it?” Relena flared, “ Your enlighted in the darkness haven’t you?” “ Priest Seto helped me find my life. Someone became a traitor to the King.” “ I’m not a traitor,” Relena spoke, “ Priest Seto was. You shouldn’t listen to him, he’s just a Priest known as the King’s Left Arm.”



“ You’re just saying that because your brother was killed.” “ Who said my brother was killed?!” Relena squeezed her hand. “ Don’t lie, everyone knows that he died under the arms of Priest Seto’s men. And what happened to his wife? Died with him I bet.”



SLAP!



Hilde touched her aching cheek. “ Never talk about my brother and sister in-law like that. You know nothing!” Hilde said nothing but stomped off clenching her fist from punching the Darlian girl. Relena Darlian, soon you know what pain feels.

A/N. What is going on?! Note Readers. This is not a Hilde bad girl fic. Hilde’s just you know, a puppet. There are so many mysteries from past, present, to future in this story and it’s only the 2nd chapter!!! Next will be the fight Wufei vs. Heero and Relena’s first day of school will really start. New twists with cool turns. Kinda like driving a car, its just that theres so many roads to take which road will Relena choose. And whats with Sally’s powers, could it be related to the locket Relena wears and the dark powers of Hilde? Also with the Student Council and the Peacecraft Princess? I think I need to UPDATE! But like always, I need REVIEWS TOO!
