Picture this:
Eleven am.
Long even sighs.
Short breaths rhythming with the tick of the old grandfather clock.
Hard cries of the rain just outside the window.
Whisphers from the deep red sheets.
The smell of mutual morning creeping through the doorway and allowing a very relax smile to spread.
Relena blinked. God she'd do anything to be there, in his room, his apartment right now.
"Ms. Relena? Have you got those reports yet?"
Relena blinked again. A very coming habit. "The what?"
The older man sighed. "Reports, Ms. Relena." Teenagers and their daydreaming fiascos. Can't they stay focus for more than a - He heard her sigh once again and glanced at her form facing the window.
No, guess they can't. "Forget it." He laughed almost. "You must be in love with a hell of a man to be longing in such a way. It's not like you loose focus like this."
Relena's words almost purred. "No man, Sinister. No man indeed." A place. A feeling. A need. God forbid, a sinful need.
"Well, in any case, I'll let you go back to your dreams. God knows they are more of use than rereading pages of reports."
She could say amen to that. "No, I really should stop but..." She paused. Could she? No, it would be too, what's the word? Unprofessional.
He saw her hesistation and grinned. "What's troubling you?"
"Have you-" she took a breath, "I'm in love."
Ah, love. It was always the reason for whatever cause, love had everyone suffering either from the need of it, lack of it, of indulgence in it. Love, was a the molder of long sighs and dreamy smiles.
"With?"
"Sinister, it's not just him. It's everything that has to do with him." She looked at lost for words and he titled that lack of experience. Young love was always the most confusing. No, true love.
"Can I give you some advice Relena?" She hardly noticed his unformal words but nodded. "Go home to him."
She laughed longing like. "No, it's not my home."
"Ah but your wrong my dear. Where the heart lies, the home is waiting."
With that he hummed a soft romantic song his mother use to hum and left her blinking.
She watched him leaved and looked around her empty office, feeling the coldness hug the ache. She looked at her clock that read ten til eleven am. The rain outside only gave the final invitation.
---------------------------------------------
She ran. Ignorning the rain, the shouts, the wind, she ran. All the way up Main and to the little street of 3rd. She found his apartment with ease and filed into the warm lobby without care. In only seconds did she find herself in front of C3 and a little out of breath. With a quick knock, she left all logic and plunder into reality with a cold, intense, thud.
"What the hell do you- Relena?" Heero's eyes roamed her over with a monotone edge. "What do you want?" He almost smirked. He could only wonder what strange outburst she had this time. Last time it was the sudden kiss with the Chinese Waiter, the time before it was telling her secretary she really didn't like cream in her coffee, without worrying about hurting her feelings. Whatever it was, he wasn't surprised she came here, to him, first to spill her davishing story to.
Bestfriends always had to share.
"I want you."
His near smirk vanished all together when his mouth dropped right open. When got his pulse under controll again, he muttered.
Relena cocked a brow. "Are you cursing at me?"
"I," he kept his thoughts to himself mostly. Sure, he was attracted to her. Who wouldn't be? But he thought she was over her girl crush and he only had an manly draw to her. That was all.
All. Nothing else. Not a bit. Yup. So why was he trying to convince himself of it? "Relena...I have work to do, so do you. I'll call you tonighit. Order a pizza, watch one of those movies you so love and then tell me what's really going on okay Re-"
She took the chance and pressed her lips against his, hard, hungry. Heero's only thought was for a pacifist, she was a violent lover.
Lover. That had given his body a shudder. He pulled back, "Relena. Stop." He let his frazzelment sizzle. "We can't do anything rational. We'll ruin the friendship."
Relena rolled her eyes and Heero hated how his body responded to such a human gester. "You don't like having friends. Just you and your laptop. Please Heero, give me just this."
It was always about giving her. What about him? What did he want?
He silently sighed. Did she always have to be right on the target for his bow?
Hell with it. He kissed her. He wanted the storm outside in her. Never before had he understood what it was to truly crave. he remembered hunger and miserable wish for warmth. He remembered wanting the curves and softness of a woman. Hell, he even remembered wanting her while she laid on his bed, tissues in hand, pouring out her bad day to him, his hand softly rubbing her lower back. But all of that was nothing, nothing like the violent need he felt for her now.
His hands hurried over her, wanting to touch every inch, and everywhere he touched she burned. If she trembled, he drove her further until she shuddered. When she moaned, he took and tormented until she cried out.
And he still hungered.
Numbly, she glanced back to see the door still open and smiled when she realized she didn't care.
Inside the hot, darkening room, they were aware of no time or sound. Reality had been whittled down to one man and one woman and the ruthless quest to mate.
He filled. She surrounded.
Crazed, he lifted her up until her legs circled his waist and her back arched like a bow. Shuddering from the power they made, he pressed his face to her shoulder and let it take him.
And that old grandfather clock rang eleven am, just as the smell of morning crept it's way in.

I know this isn't my usual style nor was Heero in character but I had the idea and I wasn't going to sleep until it was put down.

Oh a healthy dose of Heero and Relena randomly having intense sex for no particualr reason other than they want to is always needed.
So what if Heero was OOC? It was perfectly fitting, because if he had been in character it woudln't have worked as well! Besides, I found his internal musings to be quite entertaining.
And while you think it wasn't in your usual style, i found plenty of the identical idiosyncrasies that you sprinkle throughout everything else you write. And of course, those are my favorite things in whatever you write!
i think i had a point when i started this, but at the moment i can't remember what it was... So then to end, i'm just going to say that i love the way you ended this fic as well. One sentence that ties it neatly in with the beginning!
