The pilots were coming home from a long mission and were looking forward to returning to their families/girl friends. Heero and Trowa got in the same car and headed for the Peacecraft Mansion since Dorothy would usually stay with Relena until she was ready to go then she?d go home but since it was early they knew they?d be together. They entered and were not pleased with the security?or the lack of. They headed to the living room assuming the girls would be sitting or laying around relaxing but were shocked to see they weren?t there.
Heero looked around the living room trying to find junk food or music or something that the girls were known for watching, listening to, or eating but nothing it was clean then they heard noise coming from the office but before they could leave and check it out their girls walked into the room and they melted into the shadows. Dorothy groaned, ?Oh god remind me why we work as much as we do??
Relena laughed then groaned and slunk onto the couch exhausted, ?I?ll tell you when I figure it out for myself. How?s your back??
Dorothy groaned, ?Sore thank god we have the whole ?rich girl? excuse and I can go to Pierre for a body massage cause I need one desperately. What about you??
Relena sat up more and just situated herself then like Heero moved just so twisting her body to align what was out of alignment and relieve the pressure. ?Better I might take you up on your offer to meet Pierre?s brother. So let?s go over the mission report.?

Dorothy sighed, ?God I thought Anne was a slave driver but since you?re my commander you are.?

Relena turned her computer off and set it on the coffee table then pulled her feet up and turned so she was laying on the couch taking up all the room. Dorothy sat in a chair across from her one leg tucked underneath herself, ?So do you think we?ll ever have to work with the pilots or gals??
Relena sat up a bit straighter but kept her legs outstretched on the couch, ?God I hope not. I don?t think I could deal with them and actually keep them alive. Our boys are a different story but I don?t think they?d fair much better.?
Dorothy nodded, ?Ya how do you deal with him? I mean he?s threatened you and he?s never said the 3 words all girls want and long to hear plus you said he can barely stand you around others.?
Relena nodded, ?Yep I?m just a figure head to him and around the others I?m a nuisance but in bed I?m his teddy bear all he does is hold me close. One day he might fall in love with me but I doubt it and I?m ok because you know one time our mission might be a little riskier than usual and we might die would you want them mourning your death or just moving on??

Heero shrugged, ?I figured it would be the same as mine and probably yours. I mean mine is doveofpeace and yours is probably dorothycatalonia. So hers had to be perfectsoldier.?
Trowa nodded, ?Ya you?re right. Ok now what??
Heero looked at the desktop picture and saw a castle by the ocean the waves breaking on the rocks at the base of the cliff and a dove sitting on the rocks while a raven soared. Heero and Trowa ignored the wall paper while looking at the files and opened one marked ?Work?. Heero clicked on it and it opened to reveal more files all of which had something to do with her job as foreign minister; there were bills that she hoped to have passed, forms to get projects started, treaties and speeches to write up.
Trowa pointed to one marked g-pilots and were surprised to see a lengthy rebuttal to prosecuting them written and signed by both Relena and Dorothy with the approval of the president of the ESUN. He pointed to one marked L2 and they were shocked to see project forms to keep L2 up to par, food drives and people willing to build homes for the homeless.
Heero clicked on L4 and they saw contracts from a computer company that was one of the best rivaling Winner Corp?s computer companies. Trowa pointed to the bottom of the screen where the signatures were and saw Lena and Catlyn but no last name for either and realized it was Relena and Dorothy who were the owners of the prestigious computer software company.
They heard her voice and quickly turned the computer off and melted into the shadows before she appeared in the doorway portable phone attached to her ear, ?Ya I totally forgot about the contracts. Did you figure out a last name? Ya me either oh well let me go over it now. Ok wait up while I type my pass word.?

Trowa left staying in the shadows and Relena stopped her typing and looked up and searched the room with her eyes trying to see if a shadow didn?t belong then reached down to the bottom drawer and Heero was shocked to see her pull out a gun she cocked it then said to Dorothy, ?I?ll call you back later I think I got an intruder.? Heero decided to look around later instead of ease dropping and left the room hiding in the shadows then opened the door and closed it signaling his return.
Relena sighed, ?Hey girl I was wrong it?s just Heero he?s home so I?ll talk to you later and I hear Trowa so I guess not bye. Don?t forget 5 AM. Bye.? Relena hung up and quickly hid her gun and shut down her laptop then walked out of the office and closed the door then went upstairs to wait for Heero to finish his nightly routine a few minutes later he joined her in bed and pulled her close and whispered something in her ear that put her at ease but she had no idea what it was.
Heero just laid next to Relena and felt her relax completely and thought about what they had learned and realized it wasn?t important to know why and how she and Dorothy were Preventers but he did want to know if they would be safe and if there was a way to protect them or if there was no need at least to understand how strong and capable they were. He held her close and remembered her telling Dorothy that all she was to him was a teddy bear and he grinned as he held her and thought to himself ~my teddy bear and my Koi. I will tell you how I feel; one day I promise you?ll know how much I love you and need you in my life~

Heero looked at the desktop picture and saw a castle by the ocean the waves breaking on the rocks at the base of the cliff and a dove sitting on the rocks while a raven soared. Heero and Trowa ignored the wall paper while looking at the files and opened one marked ?Work?. Heero clicked on it and it opened to reveal more files all of which had something to do with her job as foreign minister; there were bills that she hoped to have passed, forms to get projects started, treaties and speeches to write up.
Trowa pointed to one marked g-pilots and were surprised to see a lengthy rebuttal to prosecuting them written and signed by both Relena and Dorothy with the approval of the president of the ESUN. He pointed to one marked L2 and they were shocked to see project forms to keep L2 up to par, food drives and people willing to build homes for the homeless.
Heero clicked on L4 and they saw contracts from a computer company that was one of the best rivaling Winner Corp?s computer companies. Trowa pointed to the bottom of the screen where the signatures were and saw Lena and Catlyn but no last name for either and realized it was Relena and Dorothy who were the owners of the prestigious computer software company.
They heard her voice and quickly turned the computer off and melted into the shadows before she appeared in the doorway portable phone attached to her ear, ?Ya I totally forgot about the contracts. Did you figure out a last name? Ya me either oh well let me go over it now. Ok wait up while I type my pass word.?

Relena clicked on ?work? folder and pulled up FM folder and went through the documents looking for something to do. Trowa looked at Heero and whispered, ?You handle her I?m going to go home and be with my girl. Accept your mission??
Heero nodded, ?Mission accepted.? Trowa left staying in the shadows and Relena stopped her typing and looked up and searched the room with her eyes trying to see if a shadow didn?t belong then reached down to the bottom drawer and Heero was shocked to see her pull out a gun she cocked it then said to Dorothy, ?I?ll call you back later I think I got an intruder.? Heero decided to look around later instead of ease dropping and left the room hiding in the shadows then opened the door and closed it signaling his return.
Relena sighed, ?Hey girl I was wrong it?s just Heero he?s home so I?ll talk to you later and I hear Trowa so I guess not bye. Don?t forget 5 AM. Bye.? Relena hung up and quickly hid her gun and shut down her laptop then walked out of the office and closed the door then went upstairs to wait for Heero to finish his nightly routine a few minutes later he joined her in bed and pulled her close and whispered something in her ear that put her at ease but she had no idea what it was.
Heero just laid next to Relena and felt her relax completely and thought about what they had learned and realized it wasn?t important to know why and how she and Dorothy were Preventers but he did want to know if they would be safe and if there was a way to protect them or if there was no need at least to understand how strong and capable they were. He held her close and remembered her telling Dorothy that all she was to him was a teddy bear and he grinned as he held her and thought to himself ~my teddy bear and my Koi. I will tell you how I feel; one day I promise you?ll know how much I love you and need you in my life~
