P.R.O.J.E.C.T. The First Chapter

Genesis 6:13
"I have decided to put an end to all people. I will destroy them completely, because the world is full of their violent deeds."

In the future, war has been virtualized, where pilots are not in their planes, but hooked up to them. They can still die, but with this war has been put into a whole new perspective. It was two months ago that it started, a few weeks ago that it ended, but the start of who he became to be, and his Final Solution of Humanity, was on this one day, three years ago in his school.

Thomas E. Lilac was not like the other kids, he was a genius. Thomas had been picked on because of his smarts for a long time, but recently he seriously pissed off a gigantic bully in his school, and the bully wanted to kill him. He came to school, knowing the bully would get him, but like I said, he was a genius. The bully came ten feet from him, and then shot at him twice, once at the head, the other at the heart. Something happened though; the bullets were four feet away from his face, stuck in the air.
"A force field, loser, it's like a giant magnet, forcing any metal away."
"Gun or not, I'm going to kill you."

He rushed Thomas, but something happened when he tried to get through,
He turned pale, and when his classmates looked behind him, all of his blood had come out of his back, a gigantic hole WAS his back, Thomas smiled in a way he had never done, evilly. The magnet forced away even the iron in his blood, killing him instantly. It was everywhere, it spurted on people that were watching, it went on the lockers, and it was all over the floor.

Thomas just looked with cold eyes, like he didn't care that his invention ended someone?s life. He despised the people that picked on him so much, he hated the entire race. He was never the same again. There was another senior named Scott Simons, he was friends with Thomas, but after that day, he only helped Thomas once again, in a project he thought Thomas made for good, but it was evil, and he would find out later, that it would destroy the world, if he didn't stop it, and its name, was P.R.O.J.E.C.T.

It was the summer after his second year in the U of I, Michael was still friends with Thomas, and just earned a degree by taking twice the amount of classes, even after the event that happened two years ago. He could never not be friends with Thomas though, they had been like brothers since as long as they could remember. They grew up right next door to each other, they grew up watching the same things, having the same friends, you would think they were brothers too.

If you didn't see the differences in their looks. Scott was a sky-blue eyed kid with light brown hair who wore glasses, and Thomas had almost navy-blue eyes and brown hair so dark you would think it was black.

One day Thomas asked for Scott's help on a project he was working on, and Scott imidiately accepted. He was working with five other people along with Thomas. Zach Vitulli, Eyad Kamel, Jess Richards, Kevin MacArthur, and Nick Brown. Thomas called it P.R.O.J.E.C.T., an acronym for

The jet in question was for dropping supplies to poor areas and military instalments in countrys around the world, while using no men inside to fly the plane. When it was finished though, something Thomas didn't predict happened.

A man named Jack Jefferson came to the students and offered to buy the idea for one million dollars. Thomas and Scott were not there, but the five other students sold the idea anyway. Thomas was raged, they thought he got over it but then, he found out the same man sold the idea to the army, along with some weapon attactments for ten times as much!
No one but Scott ever saw him again until, one year later.

*A news report, one year and two months later,*
The nation is in Crisis as a series of events has happened today. A man by the name of Jack Jefferson's house was blown up, The Jefferson Memorial was blown up today in Washington D.C. Killing only the janitor who cleaned it's cobwebs. The Montacello was blown up five minutes later, and then ten minutes later, the entire capitol city of Jefferson City was destroyed.

It shocked the world, but right after the report, on every T.V. in the world A man's face poped up, with those same dark blue eyes and that same black-brown hair. He stated Like the lord durring the time of Noah's Ark, "I have decided to put an end to all people. I will destroy them completely, because the world is full of their violent deeds."

That was then their first sight of P.R.O.J.E.C.T. BLUE, a blue(duh) device that looked like a spade, but with a gun and on top if it, an upside-down right triangle, and on that a gigantic laser cannon, made of circular disks and a rod at the end. They watched, as twelve, six in two citys in the two most populated citys in the world, Mexico City, and Tokyo, then the citys were destroyed before their very eyes. No one could believe it, but more than two dozen million people were killed in only one second.

"I shall make it rain once again, but this time with a shower of bullets and lasers!"

I think it should be one of "torent of death and a flood of silence" after this time, Just to make the tweaking on the last qoute a little more darker. Fastest short I ever read and if you ever read mine probably better than what I could do if I had to write so short. I take too long to explain things, maybe its becuase I expect this to become a movie later and so I pack so much detail that way people understand it. ^__^ Very good flick, hope you countinue it and if you have I will try to look for it
