*Little wave* Hi-ya! I'm a fairly unknown-newbie who has . . . rather recently joined, and I have a question, if you would mind taking the time to answer! *Nod*

What is your policy on fanfic challanges? Can anyone make one? If so, where? And . . . um . . . any other details?

Ummm, good question. Someone made one for a fanart of Dorothy they drew (it was a very good drawing of her, btw), but I don't think anyone took her up on it.

I suppose if it's just a challenge (not contest), if you wanted to make the announcement in the appropriate forum, it would be fine. I would like people to ask permission, like you have done, prior to making a challenge. I don't really want to see like "silly" challenges done, something like, "I want to see a fanfic where Heero and Relena are puppies and include the sentence 'I eat bugs'." I want serious challenges. Like to a song, or there's a certain setting you've always wanted to see a fanfic for, etc. etc.

My apologies if I'm slighting anyone by saying that. Silly challenges are fine for the silly shorts forum or the OT forum. Serious challenges may be posted in the appropriate forum (pairing, series, etc) as long as the challenge adheres to the rules of the forum (ie. the pairings permitted on this site) So if you want to make a challenge for Heero x Relena, you could post it in the Heero x Relena forum, but something where Heero leaves Relena for Duo is not an acceptable challenge on this site.
