In the land of Caprica in the age of darkness there were six great clans of mages. The fire clan, the ice clan the wind clan, the earth clan, the light clan, and the dark clan. Each had supported to overthrow the evil lord yet each failed and in responses he sent his armies to wipe out the remnants of the clans. All were to perish, yet some survived. One day each clan sent there princes into the tomb of lost and transformed their bodies into the animal which was their symbol, so the hyper sleep spell could be preformed. It has been five hundred years, the evil lord has been over thrown by an evil galactic empire, yet no one has dared entered the tomb. Legend spread of it so minutely that soon it was thought as only a myth, until today.





Mages and Mavrics

Chapter One

Beginnings



Heero Yuy was an average Mavric; his parents were forced to move to this planet with the other Mavrics when the Empire converted their planet into an industrial wasteland. He spent his time working on energy couplings and at the education center. Yet when he wasn?t doing those he was usually hanging out with his friends whose parents also had to move here from Mavalon (the Mavric home world). He lay on a log staring at the blue sky it had been one year since Zechs went to train in the academy to join the rebellion, one year since they went out and found the chest of stones. They each took one as a sign of their friendship towards each other. He then grabbed his from around his neck and stared at it. It was perfectly round and white, with some kind of symbol on it. He then got up and looked at the horizon thinking ?will my mind be strong enough?. Zechs would be home shortly, to prepare to leave to fight the empire. The five of them sat there not saying a word because they would soon go to the academy. Eventually the sun began to set, they said good bye to each other and each head to there living residents, yet Heero decided to take a new path Evan though he could get in trouble.



He walked for about an hour and he noticed something strange, the trees seemed to form a path, and they each had a symbol similar to the one on the stones. He eventually came to a stone structure similar to a building. Yet Heero knew better than that, he knew that a building wouldn?t be built out of stone, yet he was curious, he soon stepped near what looked like a door way and pushed it open, and when he did he was nearly trampled by five different beasts. (which were a raven, two foxes one red one white, a horse, and a hawk) when he looked up he saw a dove perched at his feet looking at him with interest. When he knelt down in front of it his stone (note he put it on in the form of a necklace) swayed from side to side, and the doves head followed it with interest. When Heero noticed that he took off the stone and held it out to the bird, when the birds beak touched the stone it and the stone began to shine vibrantly, and then a blinding flash caused Heero to shield his eyes. When he looked back to where the bird was, the bird was gone, and there stood a beautiful young lady in white robes, long golden hair and blue eyes that shimmered in the light. she then said ?thank you gallant knight, for bringing me the stone of light to regain human form? Heero looked at her confused and asked ?who are you?? the lady with the golden hair responded. ?I am princes Relena Peacecraft of the light mage clan? Heero more confused then ever said ?the what clan? Relena then looked a little shocked ?the light mage clan, don?t tell me a valiant knight like you doesn?t know the tale of the princesses of the six mage clans, that you have gone to rescue.? Heero then said ?I?m no knight, nor do I know that tale, I was just taking a new route to living quarters.? With those words Relena looked saddened and said ?oh, well hopefully the evil lord has been over thrown, and hopefully the others will find the other stones? Heero then said ?the lord was overthrown? with that Relena looked happy, yet that faded when she heard what came next ?by an evil galactic empire? Relena then said ?well I bet the others I searching for where you hid the stones to regain there human forms so the six of us can defeat this new enemy? Heero then stated ?my friends and I keep those stones as a sign of our friendship?



i know it isn't the best, but i wrote this months ago along with parts 2 and three wich i shall post when i figure out how to add part 2
