I'm a month late, pretty much, but I did vote in the Election. And I don't discuss politics with many anyhow. I find it causes far too many arguments. ^^;;

Heero, I've got two questions for you:

1. I have quite large cut on my palm and it can't heal - skin which covers the cut in some part still splits when I clench or unclench my palm. What should I do?

2. Do you know any good exercise to strenghten leg-muscles? I don't like to run nor I have time for it. Any suggestions?

Well, here they are. That's all I wanted to ask.

Well just to give you some quick answers:

1) This should be bandaged If nothing else wrap it in gauze, this shouldn't be exposed at all, if it's opening it has the very real possibility of getting infected. You might want to talk to a Dr or Nurse (without going to your Drs office, I doubt you need that) and get there opinion. I know of one other thing, but I'm hesitant to post it because I'm not sure it's the right thing to do in this case.

2) Leg-Press at the gym is the best way to go, start very low (20lbs or so) and try to do 12-15 repetitions, that will both strengthen and build up endurance. Speaking with a personal trainer to design a workout is a good idea, you can get a very effective work out in just a half hour. Swimming wouldn't hurt either if that's an option.

Though my hand isn't bleeding anymore, it still didn't heal, but everythings okay now - I did what you told me

And as for the gym... I've never been to such place before, but I think I'll talk to my big bro to take me there for little training ^^

Raspberry, I'm not much of a doctor, but if your cuts aren't healing correctly after quite some time, you may want to see a doctor about it. I was having trouble with stuff like that and it turns out I was anemic and not getting enough iron.

Hm...during track season, our coach makes us do "lunges" which is just kneeling on one knee and then getting back up and kneeling on the other knee over and over and over and over which, after the 10th one, burns. But its well worth it if you want strong legs.

Other good exercise... I might try it, cuz from what I see I don't need much time to do this... So I could do exercises both you and Adaon told me about!
