Heero walked through the bare halls of the Peacraft mansion. His shoes echoing from all the emptiness, both in him and in the house. Passing the door to the living room he stopped suddenly and stood in the door way remembering how he and Relena would be in here either watching television or enjoying each other's company.If he strained his eyes hard enough he could swear he saw her, if he listened close enough he would hear her. Her scent still much alive in the house even if she was not.

>>>>>>> Yesterday was Relena's funeral all her friends and family were there, so was the press and all the people who wanted to pay last respects to the girl who brought peace to them in war torn times. Who wasn't there watched on television as this once fallen angel returned home. One could only imagined how beautiful everything was.It was an emotional time for all.At the ceremony as the cermone told the congregation of Relena in the background was a large screen replaying all of Relena's television appearance. Heero cotinued to roam about the house when he stopped at a picture of the two of them. They were smiling both of them. How she manage to make him smile he'd never figure out.The picture suddenly flew across the room breaking the silence the house had taken on as if in reverence of its owner.

>>>>>>> At the grave site it was a heart wrenching scene this once beautoful girl, once full of life and hope was now gone. Leaving the whole world to mourn her "How could she be so selfish?" someone once asked
"She was leant to us in our time of need but she was never really ours and now they're taking her back" someone replied. But even the nicest of comments the kindest of words could'nt and didn't make this any easier. In less then thirty miutes Relena was placed in her final resting place. She was now at peace but the price of her peace came at the expense of those who knew and loved her. >>>>>>>>>>

Heero drove to the grave yard to visit his wife. As everyone expected he didn't go to the funeral, yet everyone understood why. He walked to her head stone and knelt down to it. The thought that his once vibrant companion full of lfe and light lay beneath him was ti hard to comprehend.
The thought that if he dug far enough he would come upon her soft skin and golden hair lying in this cold place instead of in a nice warm bed where she belonged.

He wanted to die, he wanted to scream he wanted to do something to rid himself of this pain a hundred years of trainig and wars didn't prepare him for this, didn't prepare him for love and loss.

Heero fell foward now on hands and knees as if begging Relena to come back, begging her to take away his pain. He dropped his head and cried...

how sad to see it all end like that..I mean, they got married! and they seemed to have a perfect life together..... ..this is so good that it made me cry.......I love it!
