One moment

One moment forever
One decision rules a lifetime
One mistake another unborn love will perish

She was sitting outside on the balcony watching over the party inside.
Watching over him. The pressing cold breeze made her shiver through her entire body. The moon was throwing rays of light on her golden hair and reflecting on her pale skin . She almost looked like an angel, an outcast angel thrown to Earth to live a life of madness and desolation. A lonely child who lost everything but the will to fight and the heart to love.

One moment forever
One word a whole new vision
One glimpse of what could have being

"Miss Catalonia, would you like another drink miss?" A young servant was standing next to her. "Miss Catalonia?"
"No, thank you."
"You look cold, why don?t you come inside and enjoy yourself, after all it is a party."
"No, thank you. I?ll be fine." She tried to give the servant one of her famous smiles.
But instead of leaving, the servant took of his black coat and wrapped it around her. "You don?t wan?t to get a cold, Miss Catalonia."
Dorothy looked up to face the young man. "Thank you." A tear felt down her cheek when the young man left her.
It?s been two years since someone did something nice like that for her. Exactly two years since Quatre Winner told her to get off Libra.

There he was, so close but yet so far . Dancing with other woman. She could see him dance with a young girl with black hair. Oh how jealous she was! How she wanted to be that girl. She was happy when he broke the dance and walked to the bar to get a drink and talk to Duo Maxwell. Leaving the girl to dance with Trowa Barton.
She kept staring at him, how his strokes of platium blonde hair hung in his face.
How his deep sea blue eyes stared friendly, and felt her heart break when she reminded herself of who she was.
Once a spy for Romefeller, an orphan raised by her grandfather to be someone who hated everything and only loved to fight and take revenge. Someone who did not belong with a sweet young pacifist like him.

One moment forever
One thought-worthless thought
One innocent soul, one dark soul never together

Her heart was pounding heavily as he moved towards the balcony where she was sitting.
His hands reaching for the sliding doors. He stepped towards her.
"Good evening, Miss Dorothy."
"Good evening, Mr. Quatre."
"Why don?t you come inside? It's really cold out here. And you?re sitting here so alone."
"No, thank you. I?m just fine out here, I?m used to the loneliness."
"Why is it that such a beautiful young woman doesn?t have someone to dance with?"
He smiled like he wasn?t expecting an awnser and offered her his hand.
"Would you like to dance with me, Miss Dorothy?"
She looked down and sighed.

One moment forever
One chance to have it all
One evening to have the unreachable

"Well, Miss Dorothy, will you give me the honor of dancing with you?"
He reached his hand out a little further.
She took a deep breath and accepted his hand. He lead her to the dance floor and a soft song started to play.
He closed his arms around her and came close to her.
She knew she shouldn?t do this, but tonight it didn?t matter, tonight it didn?t matter who she was, where she came from or what she did.
Tonight she was just a woman who loved him and nothing else.
She rested her head on his shoulder,and whispered "yes." Nothing else.

One moment forever
One dance hope restored
One evening and nothing else

Oh, that was sweet! I'm normally not overly fond of Dorothy, but I really liked her in this. Great job.

Shouldn't it be 2 years to the day since he told her to get off Libra? Exactly one year after that wouuld place this right in the middle of Marimiea's invasion.

Glad to see 4xD written for a change. You can't help but feel for Dotty and glad to see that Quatre noticed her alone. Makes me all mushy inside :o
