Goodness! An exam the day before?!? *faints* Make some quick color-coded flashcards, lock yourself up in your room/study area, but make sure to eat and drink. I wouldn't suggest listening to music if it might distract you, but make sure that after EVERY hour, you get up and walk around and have some fun for 15 minutes before going back to study.
At first, you'll probably feel like panicking, but just breathe and try to let all your anxiety out to avoid unnecessary stress.
