More than likely, ADV hasn't gotten the rights to it yet, however. But considering how well FMP did it's a very good chance they will. Nothing is for certain yet though. It takes a lot of time and work to get licensing and dubbing worked out. It'll be a while. Don't keep your hopes up for anytime really soon.

If you have a good enough computer, you can download Fumoffu via Bittorrent from AnimeSuki ((animesuki.com)). I haven't got a good enough computer, apparently, so I haven't yet. XD
