[Nights Red Rose]

alright i lied, the next part isn't about future Squinoa (Rinoa/Squall). But here it is:

"Aw, look at them, they're so cute together"
"Dani they do this every night"
"It's still cute" Irvine cracked open one eye to see Dani and Trabia standing in the doorway. Selphie was still asleep, her head on his chest. "Trabia, we should---um---go--now!" Dani ran out of the room. Trabia rolled his eyes and walked out after her.

"SO you two are twins?" Squall confirmed
"Yes" Lane said "However when we were little we didn't like each other that much so I 'accidentally' cast a spell to change my hair and eye color, amking me look different from him"
"We couldnt'figure out how to change him back, that's why we look different" Elleon explained
"Your name's are? Full names" Squall said
"I'm Elleon, he's Laguna. But no-one calls him Laguna"
"Not unless they have a death wish" Lane said crossing his arms
"Laguna laguna laguna laguna laguna laguna la--"
"Yes?" they both turned to see Laguna standing behind them.
"Grandpa? You look so--young" they both said at the same time.
"Grandpa?" Laguna raised an eyebrow and looked at Squall "Is there something I missed?"
"I am never marrying you" Quistis snarled at Seifer "You are a disgusting diciplinary problem, not someone I would fall in love with"
"And you think I'd fall in love with you you stuck up bitch?" he demanded
"Yeah" Squall said looking at his father "THere's a lot"

"So you two are married in the future and have twin boys named Laguna and Elleon, Selphie and Irvine have a son and a daughter, Trabia and Dani respectfully, Quistis and Seifer have two girls named Adian and Edea?" Laguna repeated. Lane nodded
"Yeah but Adian and Elleon are gunblade masters and everyone but them thinks they're going to get together but Squall and Seifer who are in denial" Laguna added
"What?!" Squall cried. His son was going to date Seifer's daughter? What if they fell in love? Even if Squall could reconcil with Seifer (hey if Seifer and Quistis were going to get married anything's possible) he dubted he could stand to be related to Seifer.
"Gross!" Elleon yelled furiously "Adian Almsay is disgusting and I would never date and/or fall in love with her"
"You're blushing" Laguna said lightly causing Squall and Elleon to glare at him furiously.
"Now wait a second, a lot seems to change between now and what's going to happen in the future" Rinoa said "Maybe we shouldn't jump to conclusi--"
"Why are you always the peacekeeper?" Lane groaned "Lets see them fight"
"Lane Leonheart!" Rinoa said sharply
"I know I know don't wish to fight--"
"No, don't cut people off" she said "It's not polite"
"You'd think she'd be different at 17" Lane said grumpily. Elleon rolled his eyes.

"Why were you spying on Selphie and I?" Irvine asked Trabia lightly
"You mean Mom and you?" Trabia asked "Dani dragged me off to show me something--the something happened to be you two" he said taking aim and lodging a bullet into the center of the target.
"Look there's two cowboys!" shriked a girl. IRvine ducked out as Trabia looked at the girls.
"Right here ladies" he said grinning coyly

"Alright what's this about?" Quistis demanded coming into the dark room. She'd gotten a note saying to meet her there so here Quistis was and she was utter and totally confused. "Hello? Anyone here?"
"Me"
"Seifer what are you--" Quistis's eyes widened in shock when he pressed his lips to hers.
"ANything?" he asked searching her face when they pulled apart
"Nothing" she said, though her knees were about to give out from under her.
"Then I'll just have to try again" he said and pulled her to him, kocking her breath away when he kissed her, Quistis resisted at first, but Seifer's kiss killed any ounce of rebellion she had. Adian and Elleon gave each other high fives. Quistis wasn't the only one who'd gotten a note that night

Lane closed his eyes and bowed his head, trying not to cry--unsucessfully. His frame was racked with sobs, sobs of a desparate man. He tried to muffle them as best he could but someone heard, someone crouched by him and placed a hand on his shoulder. He gasped and turned to see the familiar amber gaze. Lane screamed and threw himself backwards. The soceress smiled wickedly and laughed. Lane jumped to his feet and ran as fast as he could, trying to get away. That gaze would always haunt him, always. Ulticima, the soceress would always call out to him---how could she not? They were connected, their fates intertwined. Both his, his brother's and Ulticima's.
"Lane!" someone slapped him--hard
"Don't do that! He'll wake in a minuet!"
"Lady he just went into cardiac arrest! He's waking up NOW!" Lane groaned and opened his eyes to see Elleon looking concered. "What happened?! You just passed out in the hallway and then stopped breathing and regestering a heartbeat!" Elleon cried
"U-ulticima summoned again" he hissed, his jaw aching
"Did you just say ulitcima?" Rinoa asked blinking. Lane looked over at his mother and slowly nodded "What's she doing with you?"
"S--mphw!" Elleon clapped his hand over Lane's mouth, muffling his words. Elleon glared at him furiously. Rinoa's heart thuded uncomfortably in her chest.
"Does Ulticima have something to do with us--future us?" she asked. Lane and Elleon winced and traded glances. Slowly Elleon withdrew his hand. Lane sat up.
"I--we can't tell you" he said "I-it--y-you just have to find out when the time comes" he sputtered. Rinoa nodded and tried to push her fears and worries aside, she had to trust them.

Edea walked down the hallway, her future parents were bickering and glaring at each other again, but this time whenever they'd glare at each other they'd quickly look away.
"What's going on?" Edea demanded
"Ask your father" Quistis snarled
"Ask your mother" Seifer snarled at the same time. They both made sputtering noises and stared at each other, then quickly looked away. Turning they walked off in opposite directions leaving Edea trying very hard not to laugh.

BE WARNED, CURSING!!!
Lane sighed and threw his head back.
"Why are you doing this to me?!" he yelled at the sky "Is this your idea of a joke you sick bitch?!" there was no reply to his rambaling, "You called I came, now I call and you should come!"
"Behind you," a cool voice said. Lane turned to see Ulticima standing behind him, eyes narrowed.
"Why are you doing this? Why are you showing me this?" tears were filling the socerer's eyes "This isn't fair, I shouldn't have to see this--"
"You must see this," Uliticima said lifting her head and looking at him.
"What, why?! Why must I see this? Is this to increase my pain?" he growled looking at her.
"Yes."
"Yes? Yes? I should kill you right now!"
"You couldn't kill me if you wanted too--not yet anyway."
"I saw you back there--you were happy! Why couldn't you stay that way?!"
"You know why Leonheart, you know why."
"I know, I don't understand," he said approaching her and looking into her eyes, "Na'Veckna posined your mind, you could've been saved!" he cried suddenly.
"Na'Veckna and Ashaer set me free," she said raising her chin "They set me free to make my own destiny." He drew back his hand and slapped her--hard.
"Listen to yourself!" he cried. Lane walked away, then turned back "You see this is why love is the root of all evil! You are the poster girl for anti-love!" Ulticima said nothing "All this because of that stupid lug? You realize how pathetic this don't you?" Uliticima used her power to slam him into the wall. "You know I'm right you phsychotic love-ridden whore!" he yelled as she vanished "You know it!"
"Lane?" Lane looked up into the eyes that would soon turn yellow with hate--the eyes of.....................

Whooo! This is rich, no really! But I can't imagine Quistis & Seifer getting along, let alone getting married. And Squall having twin sons, now THAT'S a different story. Oh, & Selfie getting hit on by her son! This IS rich! Keep it up!
