a crisis that'd go towards the larger concerns of the story. I'm contemplating
the idea of 'ppl THINK he/I was killed, but in reality has been held
incommunicado for...' but I haven't worked that out yet.
...still room to revisit and see what happens yet. Chronologically speaking,
it's only the day after his/my death, so I'm just letting the questions/finger-
pointing run in the background.
