Introducing Moi

I've been meaning to do this for a long time, but, well, I'm a habitual lurker in addition to a horrible procrastinator. Which is part of the reason why it takes me forever to update fics.

I call myself Smarty Cat online, a "pet" name given to me by my real life friends in a moment of frustration due to my adoration of irony and sarcasm. I'm a freshman in college, majoring in Psychology with a minor in English. I hope to someday be able to write for money. Currently I make money by working part-time as a secretary and training dogs on demand. I train in both basic obediance and personal protection, and those of you who are Inuyasha fans be on the lookout for training references to come up in later chapters of Dog's Body.

Gundam Wing... GW is my first anime love. I'd watched various other stuff but GW was the first that I'd ever became obsessed with. It's amazing how things change. Now I'm in a state of near constant anime obsession. I'm a devoted Heero/Relena. Obviously. Or I probably wouldn't be here. I'm not quite sure what is about those two that make me love them together, but I do. And I was convinced from the very first episode that they'd end up together. So the ending should have been disappointing to me, but oddly enough it wasn't. More creative freedom and all that. And at least it was a hopeful ending relationshipwise.

Other anime and manga I love and recommend: Inuyasha, GTO, Cardcaptor Sakura (Subbed!), Slayers, Rurouni Kenshin, Escaflowne, Hellsing (It's arriving in the mail Tuesday! Wheee!), Ranma 1/2 (I prefer manga), Mars, Video Girl Ai, Hana Yori Dango, Parfait Tic... Goodness, there's lots more, I know there are, but I keep drawing a blank.

And I guess this is enough of an introduction...especially since I've been posting fics (few and far between though they are) here for months. So hello everybody!
