Prologue

?She is in her prime. Young enough to be taught her place, yet old enough for a man like yourself to experience her sweetness in a minimal amount of time. She is almost twelve, and she is only 500 rubies.?
?Why is such a beauty only 500 rubies??
?Well, she must be waited for. Her sister died when she was taken for the first time. She was too young and her insides were not yet fully developed and the pain was too much. Her other sister was waited for until her twentieth birthday and delivered a handsome healthy heir.?
?No man will wait for her that long,? the father commented.
?She will make a wonderful house maid. Her cooking skills are well known and she works well with children.?
?I will take her for 250 rubies,? the father declared.
?She is yours,? the trader roughly shoved the girl to the other man. ?Her name is Catherine and she already has a tracking device in her arm so she can not run away.?
?Come on Quatre, we must head home. You look after this one.? Mr. Winner, Quatre?s father, headed home. Quatre slipped his hand into Catherine?s reluctant grip, only to be thrown daggers at by her eyes. His aqua eyes pleaded for here to not make a scene. He knew how his father dealt with unwilling slaves. Catherine hardened her steel eyes even more.

Oh no...slave trading...even though I don't deal with it I hate it with a passion. This sounds really interesting...and I think that the next chapter is out there but I don't know. I'm going to check it out and then I'm going to read it if it's there LoL
