But her grades were always better. And he loves her. I know he does. He lived! My love, my Treize, gave his life for humanity. For me also, I know, but it doesn't help with the pain.
We fought during the war. Like cats and dogs. Over orders, over grace. We don't fight now. I envy her happiness, but it's not worth it, I tell myself.
Curse you, Lucrecia Noin. Curse your happiness that I will never have.

I think you did a great job there of capturing Une's thoughts and feelings with such a small number of words.
It really makes me feel for her. *thinks about hugging Colonel Une and decides against it* I have to admit that I've often pondered over how Une would continue on without him. Such a bittersweet pairing.

And Yes, Ever since she got shot by Tuberov Lady Une has been one of my favorite characters in all of Gundam, not just Wing.
