The Darlain estates...
Relena and Quatre were thinking up a way to get the gang together on Halloween, while Heero, Duo, Trowa, Wufei, Elyn, and the others worried about what they got themselves into.
"Bakka." The twins said as they paced the room for the tenth time. Wufei and Mei-Linn grumbled assent to their term. Trowa and Catherine were sitting on the couch, talking to Noin and Zechs. Well, Noin and Catherine talking while Zechs and Trowa looked out the windows.
The girls were in the hallway, chatting away about what Relena and Quatre could possibly do to them. But their conversation was cut short, because Relena and Quatre came into the room, with the biggest mischievous grin that Heero and Elyn had ever seen on a person who wasn't Duo.
"Ok, we've decided to do something, rather, drastic." Quatre said as he played with a ball-cap filled with several pieces of paper. Relena had another one.
"We all are going to go trick or treating."Relena blurted out suddenly. Duo gasped, Jessica mimicked him, And the others said all together, "...WHAT!?"
Heero and Elyn blinked and stared at everyone quizzically. "...Trick or treating?"
"You never, ..."Zechs whispered disbelievingly. Relena nodded, as though she predicted this.
"We're all doing this as a group. Now, I know you may think we're to old to do this, but Noin, what about Zacharia? And, Dorthy, what about Adam? We can all go with them, if you need an excuse."She winked at Sally and Wufei.
"Well, shall we Relena? These ball-caps contain costumes that you have absolutely no choice about, and you have no choice but to wear them. Elyn? You go first." Passing Relena's ball cap to her, Elyn drew out a slip of paper. "Now, when you have the paper, you can't tell anyone 'til Halloween."
Heero was passed the other one, and they all got their papers, though, not without some exclamations. Wufei swore in Chinese, Heero and Elyn said nothing though their expressions were of disbelief. When Relena got hers, and Quatre his, Relena spoke. "Ok, see you Hallween evening."

One week later...
Heero grumbled as he walked into the bathroom to put the 'thing' on. Elyn and the girls were upstairs changing into their out-fits. Quatre had already put his on. He was a candy cane. Dorthy had already gotten hers on, and swished her outfit around; a candy girl.
Five minutes later...
Duo came out of the closet with a fairy costume, that looked like one of those sugar plum ones from Swan Lake. Elyn came out as a plush covered exotic alien. Wufei and Sally were paired up as Prince Derek and Ariel. Jessica was a large round balloon. Zechs was a vampire and Noin was his victim. Catherine a clown pirate and Trowa was a monkey. Lurana was lil'bo peep.
When Relena got up the courage to come down, she had on Heero's spandex shorts, and his green tank top. Heero was nowhere to be found.
"He ran away, I bet you $10.00, he ran away." Elyn growled.
"Pagan, where did Heero get off to after he came here?" Zechs asked with a lisp sounding question.
"Why, he went to the restroom."
Relena said he'd get him. And when she knocked, she heard a blissful kick of the door. "Heero, come on out. You should see Elyn's get-up."
Opening the door slowly, Heero growled his reply that Relena would never forget, "At least she doesn't where tights!"
