Pilot03 is a man, if I'm not mistaken. Ironbob is a man. (I say boy, but whatever)... Beer is a man...uh...*thinks* And Miroku is a man. Other that that...Oh!!!...and Ryan is a man. ^__^ Though I dunno if that counts, either, because I'm currently trying to find evidence of the fact that he's a closet lesbian.

I agree with making a scene, a very big scene, and then stsrt crying in the end saying that he's made your life miserable, but make sure its not the work place. And I wouldn't say slapping him would work, for some reason most dense guys think that whenever you touch them, no matter how, they think you want to be near them. So, mae a very big scene and start making up some really good BS about you're home life if he sees your mentally unstable, then he'll leave you alone. But that's my advise. Good luck.

Ok. From a male point of view, I can understand that most men are insensitive jerks that only think about themselves. Most only hear what they want and usually it doesnt include "Go away," in any way. Just sit down and explain that you don't have feelings for this guy or that his continued advances makes you uncomfortable. If all esle fails, alittle bit of aggrevated contact is a last alternative. Men can be understanding if things are explained. I for one happen to be a pretty nice guy and have many friends of the female gender that can speak on my behalf. It is also true that there are many a nice guy out there, but the main focus goes to all the assholes who just don't have a clue how to treat a women even when you break out the crayons and postboard!! Every man should treat women like princesses. See, if I know this, other guys will certainly know as well.

Dear Heero,

I hate telemarketing people. I might have offended some people by saying this, but dammit, they are just getting on my nerves these days~~!!!
To make the long story short, half a year ago, when I was naive, stupid, and soft-eared, I had let out my debit card number to one of these people. During summer, I gagged at my bank statement upon discovering myself paying for a bunch of items which I never heard of. Other people adviced me to cancel my debit card for a new one and file an VISA investigation for these people, which I did.
This isn't over, of course. These people are sending me letters, and I'm becoming quite afraid of answering calls these days, during which I have to play "roommate". So far, my logic (as pathetic as they are) told me it's best to wait for the result of the investigation before deciding how to deal with them. Still, I just don't know how long I can keep this up without screwing up, and I really, really, really could use some advice now.

Don't ever give people your card number over the phone! (Easy to understand yet not so easy to follow..... Maybe you can tell me how to turn people down as well?)

That's Identify Theft, and it's a federal crime in the U.S.

Keep statements (or get new ones if possible) detailing the items you never heard of, even though you gave them your debit card # you are not responsible for any purchases you didn't make, or authorize. After reporting the identity theft your bank should (might begrudgingly) refund you for them. You can report that company to several watchdog groups (The Better Business Bureau works) and if they give you a hard time, just call a local news paper/station, they are very good at picking on companies that do bad stuff.

For more on that I would suggest http://www.daveramsey.com/ he's a financial councilor on the radio, but he knows the law on all things related to money (except the US tax code, no one ever really understands that fully)

see, there is this package my uhm, roomate recieved. and he left this week to visit his family. so he left this box/package on his desk in full view for like a week already. and before he left he told me that i was not to touch his box. and if i did well- harmful things would occur.

so uhm- the box for some reason just fell over.

and it didn't open in the process.

it fell off the desk a few more times. and it then accidently opened due to this random mysterious falling.

and the contents sort of shattered into a gazillion pieces and now he is going to blame me when really it was the random acts of mysterious falling and not me- and i need uhm, some advice.

I have a rival of sorts, who gets on my nerves to no end. Thinks he's the world biggest genius (which, he actually is...*cough*) and is kinda like a splinter to me.

All well and good, since I fight back, and we compete for "smartest" in class or what have you.

Problem??

I've started to like the guy. *smacks forehead* I have no idea what he thinks of me, besides "worth competition" and a rival.

Any advice? I'll take some from anyone, really...but I need help.

He's in journalism class, which means school newspaper, so I was thinking of putting a coded message in it or something. Help??

omg, athena that has happened to me SO MANY TIMES!!! Not much anymore because everyone in my classes compete for smartness and none of the guys are worthy of my affection, but you know- back in the day...~cough~ when i was smartest in class...hahaha. It's a psychological thing, girls want guys who are a tad smarter so that they feel more secure with the guy, or something like that...
I recommend the flirting after a test or something. That normally helps a lot. Go get him, or go get over him. You can never be in between.
