Okay, second poem, based on personal experiance entirely. Wrote it a long time ago (ha ha! three months ago)
Sorry that it sucks.
Maybe
I waited for you to tell me I was wrong about my feelings
But you didn?t
You haven?t
Not yet.
And you never told me how you felt?
You didn?t
You haven?t
You probably won?t.
But I have hope
I guess I can?t live without hope
So I?ll wait for you.
As long as I can,
I promise I will.
You told me you would come back
But even if you do, you won?t look for me
You won?t
I know it
But I?ll still believe you will
Just for a chance to see you again?
And maybe
Hopefully
You?ll smile
Maybe even smile at me.
(Sorry again that it sucks. Please review, good or bad.)

Now that seems like something I would do as well. As much as we wish otherwise, life isn't the kindest thing in the world.
Wonderful job, Cherry!

Nope, does not suck! This nearly brought tears to my eyes because, again, I've felt overlooked and invisible to the person I loved. Although in my reality, after years of friendship, he didn't look for me and now he's been married twice, has three kids and just turned twenty-four years old this summer... *sighs* but I digress. *hugs* Excellent!
Do not measure life by the number of breaths you take but rather by the moments that take your breath away.
Some things belong on paper, others in life. It's a blessed fool who can't tell the difference. - Madeleine "Quills"
