FMP! Season 2

Another thing I'm in need of is KURTZ!!! A couple of seconds in the opening and ending aren't enough for me! I really hope we get to see some more of him in this season.

I kinda miss some of the military action, but mostly I am satisfied with this season. I've been dying to see some Sousuke/ Kaname moments, so this had perfect timing. I just LOVE the opening song! This show is just so cute, it's great!

What made the military action good was the rest of the Urtz team and Kalinin. It was great seeing the loyalty the Urtz team has, and how Melissa and Kurtz tease eachother. And about Kalinin, he is a wonderful mixture of loyalty and professionalism, yet is extremely compassionate, even to his enemies. Contrary to what Rose wrote in her last chapter of Dinner and Dessert, I feel Kalinin is a good man. He simply is not a saint, that's all.

What I wish was a bit of continuity from the last season, even if it is a phone call from Kurtz haranguing Sousuke about Kaname. Actually, that would be damned funny.

That's mostly what I want, too: just a little bit of the military stuff from the first season, but with a lot of the stuff frlom this one. And yes, that would be pretty funny, PookaKitten!

I finally saw the first five episodes... I almost like this better than the first series. Bonta-kun is SO cool...

It's too bad the series is going to be so short. Hopefully, ratings are high enough that they'll do a third. I bet they will... FMP seems to be a really profitable franchise. ^_^

You know Kurtz would look cute in a Dress.. even sagara.. ohh ideas! I think i need to make a sill story about our main character cross dressing- I mean Kaname would look awesome in a black suit with an unbuttoned shirt.. and Sousuke would be all buggy eyed at her I bet. - yep yep yep.. Im rambling again but it just came to me for some reason. I guess I like men in tights! (tight tight tights!)

@_@ I've just seen the first episode recently, and don't know much else about what happens afterwards, but I do love the fluff-- the "action" isn't the same as the first season with its conspiracies and hidden plots, but it would be seriously cool to see Kurtz (Kurz) and Melissa again. It seems like Tessa's going to make her appearance (but hasn't yet?) -- I wonder if she's going to end up going to the high school too. o_O

[OT] Where is everyone getting their stash of FMP images? I'm seeing a lot of "sexy" and very watercolor/color pencil avatars, and they're just gorgeous. Since FMP fics are few and far between, I was thinking of opening an archive for them, and want to make a nice layout.

Yeah, apparently "Fumoffu" is the sound Kaname's stuffed animal makes? o_O

Last thing, does anyone know what the Full-Metal-Panic.com site is talking about when they mention Kurtz' reason for being in Mithril- a girlfriend who is bedridden with a nameless illness? I don't remember this from the first season, but maybe if Kurtz does make a reappearance, so will this little factor?

re kurtz's 'her' --i think that shows up in the novels, but i haven't read them, so don't take my word for granted

I just watched episodes 6 and 7. 6 was kinda dumb, with the exception of Sousuke getting hit with the fan and not moving his upperbody at all. ...You'll have to see it to know what I'm talking about.

The second part was my favorite episode yet. Needless to say, I won't give anything away.
